I went down to 6, as I believe there are 2 categories.
Elite:
1. Aaron Rodgers
2. Tom Brady
3. Peyton Manning
Very Good:
4. Drew Brees
5. Eli Manning
6. Rapistburger
After those 6, everyone falls in to above average, average and below average.
This looks about right, but I would strongly consider moving Eli below Brees and BB. How can you be elite yet consistently have a passer rating around 80-85 in today's NFL? Eli's game involves a lot of risk. When it pays off, it can win a championship, but most of the time it's a just rolling the dice on jump balls. I don't care if he's won two, long-term, he does not play well enough to be one of the greats. Most of his comebacks are simply because he isn't good enough to blow teams away... when you are constantly scoring between 20-24 points, you should expect to have tons of clutch opportunities.
Matt Ryan deserves consideration as a very good quarterback.
