You get credit for ****.

@IcyPatriot is a respected moderator.

I'm a garden variety poster who has been on this board a long time and sick of reading your crap.

Advice: Quit being a Garrapolite loving Brady hater and your time on the board will be easier.

You my friend are FAR from a "garden variety" poster! You are one of the best!

all i know is belichick came out awhile back and said he wanted to win with another quarterback. He knew what he had in Jimmy. He had to be referencing him. I think when he said that he was communicating to Bob Kraft and to the media when he said that. He did not want to get rid of Jimmy.

Can you provide a source, or quote where Bill said this?

Personally NOTHING, but that wouldn't get any clicks so the "palace intrigue" narrative became the thing.

As a QB on the fieldBrady definitely was a factor. He continued to be the best QB on the team, when most felt age would begin to erode his skills. The real story is that a combination of Jimmy's contract running out, the Pats current cap situation, AND the fact Brady was still the best QB on the team, made trading Jimmy no-brainer.

But there isn't any drama in THAT scenario, so lets see if we can add some by going. "what if...." and a few, "well it's possible that....", and THEN we all can create a dramatic narrative that will keep the whole mediot community busy for the next month. And, unfortunately no amount of denials, or revelations that great parts of what was written were just made up, will keep the narrative from happening.

Sadly, it's now a fact that Brady is a bad teammate, Bellichick and Brady hate eachother, Bellichick and Kraft hate eachother, and the Pats are falling apart. Hooray.

Got that right - no way in hell Bill said that even if he was thinking it.
Exactly...this garbage has gone way to far, to the point where fans are turning against their team with BS statements made by talking heads with "opinions" as facts. It's absolutely nuts!

When it comes to a player of TB stature, I'll trust his judgement. I'm sure BB doesn't like his method, or chosen health guru, but it is proven and works. There is common ground here, and I believe it's already been found but the national media doesn't like that narrative.
There is a small figment of my mind that sometimes question if it is not about judgement on Brady's part but maybe something Guerrero may have on him. Was it Brady's sole idea to sell his cookbook for $200? Or does Guerrero want to get rich using Brady? In fact Brady does not strike me as someone who will want to write a book and do book tours etc.

I swear I saw this guy wearing an orange robe selling dandelions at LAX a decade ago

That guy is such a quack.

Guerrero had two run-ins with the FTC. The agency sued Guerrero for making false claims about a nutritional supplement called Supreme Greens; investigators found that an informercial about Supreme Greens— in which Guerrero was consistently referred to as a doctor— falsely claimed Guerrero had conducted a 200-patient study, and had misled consumers into thinking that the product could cure ailments such as cancer, diabetes, and heart disease.

Brady is the GOAT but haha at him believing this guy is legit.

If you seriously think there is no truth in this then you are delusional. This isn’t some fake “hit job”. The collective statement was a whole lot of nothing.

Yeah, it is just some fake "hit job", and the local reporters are beating the hell out of it.

I find it very hard to believe a man of his status, and intellectual being while also being married to a woman who has vultures preying at all times would be taken advantage of. I believe it works for him...not saying Guerrero is legit, just that it's good mojo. It works. Leave it alone.

What I can not get my head around is I had it in my mind that bspn would not be able to ever write something dumber than the deflate gate stuff. Guess they’ve been working hard at topping it.

NFL Rumors: Bill Belichick Wants To Coach At Least Five More Years, Outlast Tom Brady

I believe it. BB has an ego. he wants to prove that it wasn't Brady. He knows what his record was in cleveland and what his record was with the Patriots before Brady was starting. He had a guy he felt he could win with in Jimmy and it would have been overwhelming proof that Belichick could continue this great run even without TB12.

He also said this situation was complex and there was alot of things involved during his interview after trading Jimmy. There's no doubt in my mind Bill wanted to keep Jimmy. No doubt.

Quack or not, if it's working for Brady, WGAF? To my eye, Brady is moving as good, if not better at 40 than at 30.
