Goddell is developing a new revenue stream for the nfl.....teaching the art of corruption without consequences seminars to politicians.

Apparently the governor of Alabama was the first to sign up for this ground breaking seminar. And unfortunately for him it ended much like a typical jets season.

First of all the, "NFL was not caught off guard" as claimed by some of the pundits as the NFL and CBS are bosom buddies and this is all part of a master plan, a la Peter Principle..

To leave the NFL as a Senior Vice President of a pretty cushy, prestigious part time job for full time pay, there has to be more to this story..

Reminds me of a revised George Bernard Shaw quote: "He who can referee, does; he who cannot referee, goes into network announcing."

Goodell will find another stooge

Any puppet will do...

The frat boy is gone and that's good news ... pending who they replace him with. I hope it's a seasoned former head referee who knows what he's doing.

Meh.

Going from the liar we know to the liar we don't know.

Troy needs to scour the country for the next Goodell sock puppet.

There's a large pool of New Yorkers that would take the job, they'll have no problem filling the role.

This guy going into sports MSM is the absolutely appropriate progression of his career. Cuts his teeth training in dishonesty at the NFL, now can showcase those skills in an arena where dishonesty is a prerequisite for succes and advancement. Next stop politics!
