Deandre Hopkins Visiting Patriots Next Week

My sense is that Hopkins really prefers to sign in NE and took the visit with Tennessee first in order to establish a baseline value for himself first in order to negotiate from. Now it is probably a question of if Bill is willing to meet or exceed Tennessee’s offer or not, and if not, if Hopkins will take the highest offer instead of where he will actually likely be most successful and most likely to earn one more modest contract at age 33 or 34.

I doubt they are too worried about him getting into the playbook - they did a long workout and most likely gauged his recollection of BOB’s offense at the time. Sounds like things went well so they probably think he could pick it up quickly if he was signed right before camp or something. I don’t think he will actually wait a long time though.

At every point he was and is looking for the most money.

So.. breer was reporting that it will untimely come down to bill. So will RK pony up the money? He instantly makes our team far better offensively.. d hop is worth it. If we can't/don't sign him it's a clear sign what type of message the organization is sending to us!

Umberto's was only open till they sold out. Usually around 2:00 pm. Lines from 11:00-2:00
Umberto's had great Square(Sicilian) pizza and Arancini"s
Best square pizza by just a tad is Leone's in Somerville
But the Arancini's were the best

I can vouch for Leone’s being around the way. My favorite square style pizza. I like Mamma Lisa’s pizza best overall in Somerville (can’t go wrong with their extra large, extra cheese). Wish they didn’t downsize their chicken parm sub though, they don’t make them as big as they used to.

If Hopkins is only looking for Benjamins then he will sign with the Titans because BB will NOT go into a bidding war. If Hopkins will take slightly less (because BB doesn’t know how to function otherwise) and go further into the playoffs… then the Pats are the choice: We will see.

He left Arizona for a reason which makes me think the Patriots have a better chance .

If Hopkins comes here ..he's the man. Best wr we've had in ages. Incredible. My favorite WR in the NFL that didn't have a flying elvis on his helmet.

If he doesn't..he sucks. He's washed. I didn't want him anyway. We're fine with Parker and Bourne. Never really thought he was THAT good anyway.
