Brady’s Newest Post: What does it mean?

He seems like he’s trying to say that if its on then its on, we break beat-breaks, outlaws on a paper chase can you relate to the stuff he dont got be the stuff he gotta take. Dealing with fate, hoping God dont close the gate

and then he says it one more time for effect

Thread is about Brady ... please stop the side show ... thx.

I'm 50 and still too young to get this reference :)

As @Clonamery alluded to, the Zapruder film was a controversial snuff/porn video made in the early 197os by Zaza Oswald Zapruder. Zapruder secretly filmed it at the JFK airport.

I dunno.... maybe it’s just me, but I am getting sick of having to decipher these social media messages. We spent a year micro-analyzing everything Gronk did and everything AB did, not we’re adding Tom to the mix. :(

At the end of the day they mean little ...
Social media being exploited for business is to be expected.

It means he's either coming or going.

I understand they're optional but a veteran QB/team leader should personally consider them mandatory. I think Brady skipping them last season hurt his game, especially with the younger players.

With all that went wrong last season it's difficult to say that Brady skipping OTA's was a major factor, especially since he did it before and the team still won.

Maybe he's getting pressured by his wife to skip them or he decided after he was treated so poorly by the NYFL that he's not going unless he's forced to. Plus, I'm on the side of all the players when it comes to the O in OTA, not just Brady.

I understand and generally agree with you that OTAs should be treated as purely voluntary. But specifically regarding Brady: he skipped them in 2018 and got away with it partly because he had a strong veteran surrounding cast. Last season he didn't but skipped them again; he's not getting any younger, so any extra work -- especially with the younger players -- makes a difference. He got to where he is being fiercely dedicated to things like OTAs and now has maybe one or two seasons left, why slack off now?

I'm blaming Gisele or the person who told her the meaning of optional.

Edit: I'm in a bit of a rush to get to the North End so we'll discuss this more later.

What -- that it sucks? I can grasp that pretty well at my advanced age.
You probably think it sucks because you don’t have any friends. ;)

You have veteran QBs like Big Ben who literally take a personal day once a week during the season, and plenty of other veteran/star players who have their own perks, and people are whining about a nothing burger like OTAs???

2018 take - it allowed him to be fresh for the postseason

2019 take - he doesn’t care!!!

And a social media post that appears to be honoring Kobe Bryant. Skipping OTAs and using social media outweighs 6 titles, I guess. But I am getting a kick out of the old folks trying to decipher this post and failing miserably at doing so.

The Tom Brady that we’ve known for 20 yrs would never do stupid sh!t like this to draw attention, only to leave the entire region and fanbase disappointed in the end.

No way he’s going to do that now.

As much as I agree why add to any drama that will only be bantered around and laced with conspiracy theories from dawn to late night on Sportstalk Radio???

Always thought he tried to avoid and was above that cesspool of disinformation..

I might be mistaken, but isn't OTAs like three half day practices without pads where they don't practice any scheme or plays? Brady skipping those after 20 years on the team probably didn't affect the Pats not scoring 2 more points during the wild card game.

I know he and Kraft are tight. But, devil's advocate, Garrett was like a son to Jerry as well...
I’m not sure where you’re going with the comparison. So, if Brady goes 8-8 for a decade, we can safely assume that he’d be replaced?

Your dog has quite the active life between the constant poop eating and pillow humping. Hopefully, he’s not too distracted to keep giving us solid advice.
