Seems strange in that we know Quinn's stock is high right now and next year feels like the year Jimmah finally lands Sean Payton.

Either the Joneses made him an offer he could not refuse, or he just is happier being a coordinator than a HC, or both.

Or maybe he has intel that tells him Sean will keep him after the regime change AND the money and lifestyle is keeping him happy.
