If its DEN Talib even as a CB2 I'm ok.
If its 2012 Talib who tapped out with a bum wheel no thanks.
what if we get talib, and sherman, both on deals for like 5 mil a year.
Lol if only.what if we get talib, and sherman, both on deals for like 5 mil a year.
Aqib paired with Gillmore, gives you infinite matchup combinations. Also lots of good slot CB's in the middle rounds (levi Wallace anyone). Combine them with Dmac, and Harmon, and hopefully Chung and a long term replacement for him, to push him in his final contract year, and you have a secondary that I feel confident matching up with any team in the league.
The only other corners in the league that id prefer, who offer you infinite combinations to cover any type of receiver, would be Patrick Peterson and Jalen Ramsey.
According to PFF, his stats were bordering amazing. Only 250 yards allowed all season. and not a single play over 30 yards all season, proving he still has speed in his legs.

Well let’s hold off there a bit. Talib isn’t what he once was. Still outta be a nice piece if we put him in a position to succeed. With Talib our secondary would be as good as we hoped last years would be.
Hey it evens outExcept he’s older and not as good anymore...
Talib is,and has been, a superior cb to Sherman for a few years.I'm still salty at how Talib went into ironman mode in Denver while a minor hip injury kept him out of 2013 AFCCG. I'd prefer Sherman instead.
