Hogan added a new dimension to our offense last year and at his current contract is probably one of the best cost/benefit WRs in the league.

Not expecting a ton from Allen this year in the pass catching department. His number should rarely be called as the first option on a play if people are healthy. All we should ask is if he is open or in an easy match up come down with the catch. If he does that I will be happy.

I think 30+ catches and solid blocking isn't too much to ask of Allen. He reminds me of Daniel Graham

Have to wonder if the tempo of the Patriots practices vs what he was used to with the Colts is making a difference.

--One guy who struggled for the Patriots offense in 1-on-1s was tight end Dwayne Allen. The tight end did not adjust to the ball well, could not create separation with various defenders and seems to be laboring around the field a bit these days.
