Thought this was gonna be a cakewalk, but even with the score tight late, I had no worries. Can't believe how overrated Herbert has been throughout his career. His 3 playoff games: 54.7% 2TD 4INT 13 sacks. He actually had a "better" game today than last season's playoff stinker!

Hope Gonzo's gonna be good to go.

Came back to share the W briefly. This is a vintage NE style team and I could not be happier. They will probe you, check you out, and keep a lid on anything happening that they can’t come back from. Then they will wait to strike the death blow. They just beat you.

Hell of a job by the D

… why wouldn’t they? It’s a better slot? It’s closer to their usual slot for a “prime time” game? It’s at the end of the day and not during lunch? There’s many reasons.

Most west coast games during the season happen in the 4:30 eastern time slot, so I don’t know why they wouldn’t try to fit this in similarly. There’s not as many 1:00 pm games with west coast teams. Obviously there were some but they weren’t as common.
There home games are all at 1:00.

Why would the west coast people who are used to all of their games being at 10 am or 1 pm prefer a game at 3:30?
Most of the games for the west coast teams are not at 1pm ET.

Oh there’s a daily quota?

I didn’t know. Guess I need to up my game.

Thanks.
nah, but there is a counter on the bottom of the forum page... top 5 posters for the day... stuck on 193 last i checked

Yea, it seemed like alot more than we usually play
I was VERY happy for that. Though I was wishing that Kuhr would drop Spillane back over the middle once or twice just to keep Hebert from hitting the TE crossing.

Defense came through. Just a few more games of that please.
I feel like they will be key next week if it's Houston. I'm not a big fan of Stroud. If they can limit them to 14 points, maybe get a pick six, it will take pressure off the offense.

im kinda **** posting here... need 6 more posts to get to 200 for the day
Does @Ian have a special counter / tracker for that?
Who knew…..where do I check me for that? (My goal is like 10, LOL)

No chance? C’mon. Maybe if the Pats were playing Josh Allen or Matthew Stafford. But I think the Pats can figure out a way to get by against CJ Stroud or Aaron Rodgers.
Gonzalez vs DK Metcalf would be nice.
