Hold up…so basically if LAC didn’t get that short field after our turnover, we essentially shut them out??? Crazy great defensive effort…

Herbert was panicking with the pressure and otherwise (when the receivers were all smothered). Drake needs a bit better pocket awareness sometimes, which showed up here, but he never panics. That’s huge in the playoffs especially.

Maye has had great pocket presence most of the year. I will give him a pass tonight. He will likely correct it for next week.

I mean that’s obviously just not true. I just checked the Rams schedule and they only played 4 games all year at 1:00.
No they played 4 game s at 10am PST

You did it..

Thats where I am at. This is a new season for him, new type of football. He will learn, as he always does. Thats the scary part.

nah, but there is a counter on the bottom of the forum page... top 5 posters for the day... stuck on 193 last i checked
Which reminds me, I haven't checked in on my Urban dictionary definition for cojones lately

It would make more sense for the Rams/Bears game to be the late game since LA is pacific time and Chicago is central time, their fans would want to have the game later. Houston, Pitt and NE are all eastern time so the earlier game makes most sense.
You’re assuming a league decision might make sense?

It wasn’t an awareness thing he had 2 instances where the rush got to him and he dropped the ball once and had it knocked out another. It happens. It’s a football play not a skill breakdown.

Has any player improved more over the course of the season than Christian Ellis? He was tremendous tonight. And props to Jones for tackling like he’s twice his size.
Gibbons might be in a similar boat. He was really bad early in the year and has really picked it up over the last 6 games.

Early on, I thought Campbell and Wilson were going to lose the Pats to them. I'm surprised we didn't see Lowe and Brown for a few snaps. The left side needs to be looked at before next week.

Come back Gonzy…

Maybe they cleaned some stuff up. I also saw some more chipping by the RBs as the game went along.

I'd add that the defensive hero was Elliss who had the role of spy.
Elliss missed some key tackles.

Milt Williams was the defensive Hero. When he was out there with Barmore, starting in the 2nd Quarter, the Pats defense got a sack or a stop. This continued into the 3rd and 4th Quarters. Including the game ending sack on Herbert. I believe that Williams was on the field for 4 of the 6 sacks the Pats made.
