It's easy, and only takes a few moments.A 3:00 start (12 pacific) is closer to their normal start time than 630 (330 pacific).… why wouldn’t they? It’s a better slot? It’s closer to their usual slot for a “prime time” game? It’s at the end of the day and not during lunch? There’s many reasons.
Most west coast games during the season happen in the 4:30 eastern time slot, so I don’t know why they wouldn’t try to fit this in similarly. There’s not as many 1:00 pm games with west coast teams. Obviously there were some but they weren’t as common.
I mean that’s obviously just not true. I just checked the Rams schedule and they only played 4 games all year at 1:00.There home games are all at 1:00.
There was a play at the end there with time ticking away where Herbert tried to run it when it was clear it wasn't going anywhere, and I thought, "What kind of subterranean low IQ move was that? Throw it away to stop the clock!!" It was the kind of brain dead stuff we'd see with Mac.Herbert has the loser gene, he doesn't look like he wants it enough.
You see a guy like Purdy with less talent go out there and sling it and be willing to throw a pick or two, Herbert looked like he was terrified to air the ball out he never gave his team a chance to win, he didn't throw the ball down the field.
Herbert was panicking with the pressure and otherwise (when the receivers were all smothered). Drake needs a bit better pocket awareness sometimes, which showed up here, but he never panics. That’s huge in the playoffs especially.Herbert has been in the league for six years and he has less playoff victories than Drake Maye in his second year. Maybe it is time to stop comparing Maye to Herbert.
im kinda **** posting here... need 6 more posts to get to 200 for the day
I think that people pretty much are oblivious to the fact that every game is different. Matchups are more responsible for results than morphingI said I was wondering if the Pats D could morph into something bigger come playoff time like has happened many times in other seasons.
I wonder if we just witnessed it happening.
1 for 10 on 3rd down!!
I'd add that the defensive hero was Elliss who had the role of spy.1. Awesome defense
2. Rookies on OL struggled
3. Maye was great as a runner, solid as a passer
4. Rhamondre has had quite the redemption arc.
Wow even Nick Wright gave us our props. Didn’t have that on my bingo card
