I love it! Pats collect another AFC win. Atlanta just got their asses kicked, so next week is looking good.

What Myles Garret did was reminiscent of Jason Taylor and Aaron Schobel doing to the Pats in the early years. As good as they were, it wasn't enough. They pay Garrett $40M per year, collects 5 sacks, yet still got their asses kicked.

Posters gave me resistance for saying the Pats should win at least 9 games this season. They are already at 6. That prediction was too easy.

I heard that he was jumping up and down on the sidelines after he left the game. With the game in hand by then, there was no need to send him back in. Caution is sometimes the best.
We have a Super Bowl Run Defense.

Great to get another win, even quite easily... but its good that there is still a lot of areas to work on.
Vrabel can show the bad OL vs. Garrett, the inability to run for 1yd inside, the goal line fumble, the weakness of D to cover TE's, showing Gabriel tearing them up in the first qtr, the horrible punts, the onside recovery...

Never seen a defense look so meh on first drives. Only to shut the door the rest of the way.

Good that they adjust. Can't do that against great teams.

gotta keep an eye on whats happening with drake london... a very surprising inactive today...

Saw a stat the Daniel Jones has been sacked only 7 times all year. Maye was sacked 6 times TODAY. Could you imagine how much MORE damage Maye could do, even if they cut the sacks in half ? As it is Maye is doing a great job, need to get him more Oline help in the offseason.
Maye have been sacked a lot this year...that's a blemish.

All Mack Hollins does is consistently make plays. Big target, smart, strong hands & can block. Stop complaining…
Sorry: and it's Barefoot Mack Hollins.

Yup. Would luv the few haters who ragged on him to date to finally admit they were wrong.
He does everything he's asked to do very well, and he's a great teammate.
Glad to have him on our team.

But F-ton blah blah blah!

A fantastic FA signing thus far.

Looked to me the timing or spacing was off on those double teams on Garrett. He'd get chipped, but then Campbell didn't ever meet him square on.

And amazing the plays Garrett made so late in the play - incredible quickness and motor to first deal with a couple of blockers and then chase down a scrambling Maye.
Agree on those double teams…. Some of them didn’t even look like double teams to me, just that the back or the tight end was given him a chip on their way out…. But I could be wrong.

I'm not afraid to admit I wasn't happy about the signing. He's made plays so far.

The first 15 plays are on the coaching. Coaches should know what expect from these pre-scripted plays.
Not entirely. Scripts are set to exploit defensive tendencies or matchups shown in previous games.

There's a coaching element and a player element. The Browns TD wasn't scheme, it was execution. I agree, the big play where Dugger was left alone last game was scheme. Both players and coaches have to play their role to be effective.

The wr’s continue to look better each week, Douglas with another monster play too. Kyle Williams is hopefully next
