I was just saying that Tomlin won with another guy’s players. Getting to 5 conference titles is impressive with average QBs. He didn’t have Rapistbooger until 2004.

And if Buffalo has the 2 seed wrapped up after Sunday, why wouldn't they rest starters vs NE? If you know you can get rest and mess up a rival's draft spot, you do it.

His teams just went built for the playoffs. Cowher should’ve been dumped after the 2000 season where they missed the playoffs 3 years in a row from 1998-2000.

Had the Pats not had injuries in 1997, they would’ve had the #2 seed and beat down the Steelers again. They had no business going to the AFC championship game against the Denver Broncos.

Then they were lucky as hell that the Pats got eliminated in 2005 or else they would have blocked the Steelers from getting to the Super Bowl.

I agree with this… Pats won’t do it because it would look like they’re tanking… in reality it would mean that they are not trying to win the game perhaps ….unless Maye came up with some kind of injury…..but it would be great for final 2 games to see what Joe could do with our #1 squad….even tho on any other team….our WR/RB/TE would be average to slightly above average at best. I do think Henry would do extremely well in a very good offensive scheme and with good OL talent.
