I have said this before...why does Kelce get a free release so often ?...Hightower used to hit him on the line of scrimmage before he even ran his route and he never made the play. I am probably not seeing the play correctly but you cant leave Kelce to run free.
Coaching matters

Somebody should consider hiring Spags, he is as valuable to KC as anyone IMHO
He’s almost as equally responsible for KC success as Reid and Kermit

The Steelers match up badly against the chiefs.

Or if we had Pickens.

What idiot thought it was a good idea to draft Tyquan “jack and the beanstick” Thornton over Pickens?
Belichick.
The same that wouldn't draft Maye.
This team is currently the worst roster in decades thanks to his GMing.

I dunno, either Groh Or Wolfie said after the draft "If you need speed you draft speed" or something goofy like that. Why don't you ask those fkn clowns?

Any chance Spags hits the HC market? I'm not hearing anything about it but defensively we know what he can do and now for so many years alongside Reid in a successful and functional program that would be an interesting case.

LOL Yinzers punting down 19 with 6 minutes left

Doesn't matter, teams passed up on belichick so they can hand out HC jobs to inferior coaches. Why would they bring in Spags. Besides, he says he's done with wanting to be a HC and is ok with being DC in KC....of course.

Another awful game.

The talent drain in the NFL is real.

I'd have to think he 'd take the HC money. Jets. probably Giants, Bears, Saints, probably Jaguars could all use a guy that gets production from his draft picks, look at all the relatively young guys on the KC defense that make plays. I get that offense puts asses in seats but so does winning.

great pick by the chiefs to get Worthy. He’s developed nice. Too bad the patriots didn’t trade up 5 picks and grab him. Instead they traded down 5 to draft slow poke.
it was a worthy trade for them

If they win the Super Bowl this season, Owners should be calling him for meetings.

But at his age, he may be content with being a DC.

I doubt it.

The KC area is a great spot to live.

They all could look at his HC track record and say no. Some guys are just better coaches as coordinators than captains running a ship.

Agreed, his record as HC of the Rams was scary bad.
