Not quite: 2nd half stats after half time adjustments

Rattler: 11/23 for 103 yds 47.8% 0 TD/2 INT 24.4 Rtg 1 rush for 6 yards

Maye: 12/19 for 138 yds 63.1% 2 TD/1 INT 98.14 rtg 3 rushes 23 yds
The class overall looks decent and some guys haven't gotten a chance yet like JJ McCarthy - Pennix Jr and Joe Milton. Wolf is going to look like a genius down the road for double dipping in this Draft.

Well until Cole Strange gets back we have to give Maye more time to hit those deeps shots we haven't had since Brady.

If Lowe and Jordan are injured, it is a problem. Robinson and Leverett were the biggest turnstiles. Onwenu was an awful RT.

Jacob back to LT with Sow at LG. Add a JAG at RT and help the JAG.

Sow, Brown, and Onwenu in the middle is OK. Jacob is average at LT. They have to figure out RT.

When Maye gets a little more comfortable his playing style will help this OL. Rham was Injured too RPO Maye will keep the Defense on it's heels.

Two INT's cost us the game.v
We wouldn't have done better with can't throw Brissett. We would have probably lost by Six scores hope that makes you feel better.

@One-If-By-Sea what is your thoughts on Mayeday??
Looks like the real deal. Scans the field, makes solid decisions, his footwork was improved, great arm obviously, can scramble to extend plays, and he is only 21 so he will fill out over the next few years. Very encouraging.

Maye's press conference was the most impressive. Great guy, solid head on his shoulders, right attitude, and stays focused. Maye's attitude will make him a top QB.

I think AVP has to go, but Maye's footwork looked better. Maybe AVP should be limited to being a QB coach and that is all. OC is over AVP's head.

We need Ben Johnson. Let's hope RK fires Mayo and hires Johnson.

This team needs a lot of work obviously but I think most will agree they were finally excited again with most of what we saw from Maye.

They're going to have one of, if not the top pick in the draft next year - they can really parlay that into something special if they don't screw it up. This team is bad right now, but could be something in 2025 and beyond if they play their cards right.

Stay positive my friends

Agreed with One-If-By-Sea - AVP is a joke. My Madden loving cousin could run circles around his bland, predictable BS.

I'm a Huge fan of Ben Johnson also wouldn't mind Nick Caley as a consolation he worked under McDaniels and now with McVay nice experience there.

Jets, Titans & Bears should be tough defensively, but I’m excited to see Maye’s resiliency throughout this particular stretch.

Those are all winnable.

Don't make me arch he was a little gittery at the start. That first pick was pure nervousness the second was a miracle catch behind a players back off a tip. Quit it!! Professor arch.
Offense gave Houston 17 points.. impossible to hold them in the red zone with Dell and diggs at WR.

Maye's footwork def still needs significant improvement. Too many heal clicks and wasted movement.

The talent is undeniable, though.
Aside from the TOs if 3 tds is bad footwork I'll take it each game.

With maye day at QB absolutely!! I can't remember the last time I felt like we had a QB that could possibly make winning look realistic. On The defense it is severely undermanned. Can't be too hard on those guys they have been carrying the team for 2 seasons. No Barmore, no peppers, no Bentley and this is what it will look like for us.

Even his good throws were often off of a poor base. He still needs much work there. Fix his footwork and his natural talent will really shine.

Agreed.. such a better show than Smoke N Mirrors Mac Jones

Peppers really screwed the team, what a moron. Great player but massive idiot/POS (if true)

As the season goes along and as he plays more and gets more in a rhythm instead of holding a clip board we will see more and more of his talent. Yesterday wasn't even the tip of the iceberg. But highly impressive against a top team with a top defense... I've said personally this season is all about Drake and getting to the 2025 FA period.

How injured is Wallace? With all of the injuries I don't think he got a real chance at his natural position.

Yes. A true a QB with top 5 talent and what the league is today. Yeah my guy peppers I don't want to rush judgements but I've heard nothing but exceptional things about him on/off the field since he came to NE. However your right if that's true then yeah... he's gone. Gonzo looked tired yesterday.. this is his first full NFL season, uche has been MIA all season, back ups are playing starting minutes.. Keon white is seeing double teams. Wish the team would look into Devin white.
