It's easy, and only takes a few moments. If ever Tyquan is going to be motivated to become a real NFL player it will be now with two young guys coming for his spot.Hopefully it clicks for Thornton this year. Unlikely? Hopefully it clicks.
If we can get any draft pick in return for Thornton, I think we trade him.Wow i completely forgot about Thornton. He at least will get preseason but not sure if he’ll make it, we’d have to carry 6!
Thornton is working his butt off this off-season. I could see them keeping him on the 53. His salary is less than $2M a year, and he is signed through 2025. In any case, I think that the hard work will pay off. Some team will give him a shot at under $2M a year.Wow i completely forgot about Thornton. Then who's the deep threat? Because you need one, or the offense won't work.If we can get any draft pick in return for Thornton, I think we trade him.

You forgot K.J. Osborn who they just signed this offseason for $4 million for one year. $3,180,000 cap hit if they cut him so I don’t think they’ll do that.As of now, all three, although one of them could beat out Reagor. If Thornton looks good in camp, he could stay or be traded.
Of course, when we trade for a top WR, that spot will likely be gone.
WIDE RECEIVERS
Bourne, Douglas, Polk, Baker, Reagor (re-signed as a returner if he makes the squad)
It's him or Jalen Reagor. Everyone else besides Douglas is 6' and runs a 4.5.He might still be the speediest WR on the roster.

Same for Reagor, even more so.We just need Thornton to catch the damn ball WHILE running fast.
He's only a deep threat if he's getting open. He's been the invisible man for 2 years which demonstrates that's he not. Then who's the deep threat? Because you need one, or the offense won't work.
Ok, now that you're done ****ting on Tyquan Thornton, the question was "Who's your deep threat?" Jalen Reagor, who also can't catch, or one of the 6 guys that runs a 4.5?He's only a deep threat if he's getting open. He's been the invisible man for 2 years which demonstrates that's he not.
Obviously we're going to give him a good look in training camp first before getting rid of him.
But I don't have any faith in his ability at this point in time.
He needs to show it to us on the field before anyone can declare him a 'deep threat'.
Why don't you ask BB that question. He was in charge of constructing the crap that Wolf and Mayo are trying to build their way out of.Ok, now that you're done ****ting on Tyquan Thornton, the question was "Who's your deep threat?" Considering that Baker wants to "kill" the guy opposite from him, I think you're right. Those Baker vs Gonzalez TC battles may be epic…
Normally you’d roll your eyes but with the WR position I like a guy with confidence and a big ego. He’s clearly got a chip on his shoulders and I love that. When asked about his ‘game,’ the wide receiver said that Patriots fans can expect fireworks and he plans on putting on a show inside Gillette Stadium.
“Just come to the home stadium and bring out popcorn. That’s all I can tell you all,” Baker said. “Bring your popcorn. I make people in wheelchairs stand up. Bring your popcorn.”
