I think BB will carry Cunningham as the third quarterback, and I can’t imagine Boutte not making the team… But if either one ends up on practice squad, they will be snatched upOver Boutte Tough one there.
I actually think they are going to be pretty good this year too.Can you imagine being Love and having to face down this D in your first joint practice as a starter?
Malik went Undrafted so that's the silver lining for me of him making it through waivers and on to our Taxi Squad.I think BB will carry Cunningham as the third quarterback, and I can’t imagine Boutte not making the team… But if either one ends up on practice squad, they will be snatched up
You may be right… But even though it was just a brief time that he was on the field last week in the game… I think he showed some real flashes of brilliance there, and people took notice of his amazing quickness, (cat like Sammy!) athleticism and decision making…I think a lot of teams would take a flyer on him.Malik went Undrafted so that's the silver lining for me of him making it through waivers and on to our Taxi Squad.
QB3 of course.WR corp is going to be tight.
Is Boutte practicing himself onto the team? He won't make it past waivers.
It sounds like TT is doing well, and of course they won't cut bait with a 2nd year 2nd rounder.
I think carrying 6 WR's is a sure thing this year. (At least at cutdowns - they might move one during week 1)
Question is - what do they do with Malik?
Can you imagine howe devastating the Patriots offense would have been today if they had Love instead of Mac? He'd probably have gone 20-17-10 or somethingI actually think they are going to be pretty good this year too.
The only folks who want to waive Malik are those who don't believe he can play QB in the NFL.You may be right… But even though it was just a brief time that he was on the field last week in the game… I think he showed some real flashes of brilliance there, and people took notice of his amazing quickness, (cat like Sammy!) athleticism and decision making…I think a lot of teams would take a flyer on him.
Oh ****. That escalated quickly. Strike a nerve son?Sit down Pats fan. You just lost out on in practice video.
Still butthurt over the loss last season and the '97 Super Bowl I see.
Toodle-Loo!
How was I being negative Ken?But you see the ground and pound offense requires ONE thing that most fans here and ALL of the media will never allow, and that is PATIENCE. Sadly too many will be calling for mass firings after the first series if it doesn't end in a score.
The true results of a ground and pound offense often isn't seen often until the 4th quarter when the 30 odd rushes previously have its effect. But ignore the above, it seems like it is much more fun to celebrate the negative and hope for the worst so you can say I told you so.
Toodle-loo is as well. I got schooled!"Lost out on in practice video" is a thing?
1. Bad Packers team?Mac 10 is really dialed in.
Can't read that without hearing Robin Williams saying it in Mrs. Doubtfire's voice.Toodle-loo is as well. I got schooled!
I don't think the Packers are bad. I don't think they are good either. I'd say they are an average football team.1. Bad Packers team?
2. BOB effect?
3. Mac’s growth?
4. Better skill positional players than perceived?
