Deja vu. You remind me of all the Brady naysayers back in the day.
"Peytons better" " dink and dunk" Big Ben is better" " Rivers is better". " system qb".
Brady is the GOAT. Nobody else will approach what he's done for a long time.
Burrow is nowhere close to Brady and probably will never be. But he's closer to Tom than anyone except Mahomes.
Yes,Burrow> Allen. Compare their postseason performances. That what separated TB12 from everyone else.
Burrow is clutch. Allen hasn't proven yet that he is. Mahomes has.
Herbert hasn't proven sh.it yet
Burrow Super Bowl performance was pretty poor.

I thought Josh Allen took his team on his back and did everything humanly possible to win that game last year. It was one of the greatest handful of playoff QB performances in NFL history.

And you are reaching incredibly with the Brady naysayers comment. That's just nonsense.

Wtf Ref got in his feeling there

  • Agree
Reactions: TBR
You were saying...
LOL, it'll be a great story considering sports writers probably already had stories crucifying him. If he can finish this off, it'll change the narrative significantly.

Chargers doing Chargers things

Poor wittle ref had his feelings hurt, so he threw a flag. Players complain all the time like that.

That unsportsmanlike on Bosa was BS. Ref literally went up to him to get him to say something as he was walking to the sidelines.

  • Agree
Reactions: TBR
I like both teams.
But I think Jac has momentum right now.

The refs seem to be particularly "twitchy" in this game.

If LAC loses this game, that has to be one of the all time collapses. Not as bad as 28-3 but next tier.

@Ross12 's point is none of them have proven anything yet. Plenty of promise, but still plenty of questions.
He said "the new guard of QBs sucks." You agree with that?

  • Confused
Reactions: Ian
Hmm looks like its finally getting interesting. Might have to put my finance docs down and actually pay attention.

Joey Lawrence definitely puked his pants the 1st Q, but he's got it going now!

Chargers may have spent halftime in the locker room celebrating, like the Falcons did….

He said "the new guard of QBs sucks." You agree with that?
You need to take the context of the conversation into it. I was never saying the QBs themselves suck, I'm saying the new guard sucks. There's obviously a difference if you read the discussion instead of cherry-picking a line you don't like...

Allen hasn't led his team yet to a SB. Burrow has. There's no panic in Burrow. He has more Brady-like traits than anyone else. Allen has to at least get to a SB before I put him even with Burrow.

Yeah I was drawing a line of "Guys under 30 who have made a run" and kind of moved the goal posts to "a run" meaning making a championship game. That list is only Mahomes, Allen, Burrow and Jared Goff. I don't really mean that the QBs suck, just that very very few young QBs have proven themselves in the postseason.

But yeah it sounds like you're even talking yourself into my position lol. The AFCCG will probably still be Mahomes vs. Burrow or Allen so no changes there, but the NFCCG could host Hurts, Prescott, Daniel Jones, Purdy - so high likelihood the NFC gives us a new "under 30" member this year unless it somehow ends up being Tampa vs Minnesota.
Now that you fleshed it out, I get what you're saying.

Jax just shot themselves there with the personal foul. Dumb football. Could be a momentum changer.

That Ref needs to go wtf!!!
