Although he’s now living the retirement life, it appears Julian Edelman remains never too far from the Patriots organization.
Over the weekend, Edelman shared a few photographs from his time at an event celebrating Robert Kraft’s 80th birthday.
One notable photo from Edelman’s Instagram posting featured himself singing alongside soul and pop artist Lionel Richie, a featured music guest at the party.
The Patriots later referenced a mic’d up in-game moment where Edelman brought up one of Richie’s songs.
“Well this is a full circle moment”, the Patriots wrote referring to their party meetup.
Edelman later responded to the posting stating, “Don’t you just love when a plan comes together”.
Even in retirement, never change Jules.
