You’re right that Jets are the only above .500 team the Pats beat. A bigger difference between the Pats and Raiders is the Pats only lost to one team under .500 (packers) where the Raiders lost to 5!

The Raiders have shown themselves completely capable of losing to bad teams, the Pats have taken care of business against bad teams.

Actually, the Packers were 2-1 when they beat the Pats, which just makes your point stronger.

You forgot CHI that spanked us on MNF, but yes LVR have lost 7 games by an avg of 3.1 pts. They seem to be better than their record shows, they certainly have the talent, but haven't found the way to close out games.

I think Belichick pulls out all the stops incl. trick plays (Bourne passing TD) to beat McDaniels, who will be coaching scared in this one.

Nice post. Well done. Of course Mac is not UC because he will get killed with his back to the ball. I am hopeful the Brown is better, and if Cajuste is back, maybe the OL is better this week and we can build on something for the last 4 games.

Evan Lazar gave a stat on Patriots Unfiltered a few weeks back on why the Patriots are not using Mac under center much is because by numbers Mac is one of the worst passer under center in the league since last year.

I thought so. Just 8 snaps but Looked pretty slow out there to me and got beat by robbie anderson on a key 3rd down on their lone td drive. Could be first game jitters who knows
