Almost every expert is picking the Crows.
Many of em predicting a blowout.
I must be missing something. I just don't see it. I believe its a close game. Baltimore could win but not in a blowout
That was a post that we could all really sink our teeth into. Informative, knowledgeable, robust. A post like that is what really keeps this message board ticking.Exactly . par for the course from the forums biggest pus sy
boneappletea!Humphrey is kind of a jack of all spades.
I didn’t say it was? I said the defense was playing well despite losing major guys. How in the world is not having him here a good thing?
no offense
Interesting:
We could have had him in 2018 but we passed on him twice for a short armed stump guard and average Sony Michel. He’s entering his peak years, I would offer him a huge contract. Instantly upgrades our offenseLamar Jackson to Patriots chatter heating up, following Bill Belichick's contract comment
Yes, it’s probably much ado about nothing, but Bill Belichick’s contract comment has some wondering if the Patriots might have interest in Lamar Jackson.patriotswire.usatoday.com
Bit of a risky comment by BB for obvious reasons but I think he was careful enough to step close to the line without going over it. I'd love to think BB would say this thinking about the role the Ravens and Harbaugh had getting draft picks stolen from the Patriots a few years ago and helping drive Lamar's price up for them.
Also no way Lamar is coming here other than as a visitor. Pipe dream.
It is fun to think about what could have been, hindsight is 20/20. Everyone would have lost their mind if the spent a first round pick on a QB while TB12 was here. Trying to bring him in now at peak dollars with the current roster build for a different set of skills is not realistic. We could have had him in 2018 but we passed on him twice for a short armed stump guard and average Sony Michel. This is such a baller move. Bill is basically out here saying "I, Bill Belichick, hereby certify that Lamar IS worth a mega-deal." He's not saying HE intends to make an offer, of course, but that is a potential big boon for Lamar's negotiating position... Harbaugh and co. are probably pissed.Lamar Jackson to Patriots chatter heating up, following Bill Belichick's contract comment

There's this thing called the Butterfly Effect. We draft a QB in the 1st round, and then the sensitive prima donna GOAT gets his tidy whities in a bunch (as it's more than just a Div2 2nd Rd pick GQ type waiting in the wings) and he all of a sudden wants to move to Florida a year earlier and then the Pats get eliminated in the AFC championship game or earlier. I wouldn't change anything from before the Pats' last SB win, as any change may result in not winning the SB in 2018.We could have had him in 2018 but we passed on him twice for a short armed stump guard and average Sony Michel. I wouldn't have taken him then and still wouldn't have taken him now. Reason being, you have to maximize what assets you currently have when you are in a "win now" mode and a QB sitting on the sidelines is a waste for the rest of the team. In fact, teams playing the "future" game are delusional thinking they have a title waiting for them when history has shown they haven't won a damn thing prior. GB is a great example of wasting a 1st round pick on a QB for no reason. We could have had him in 2018 but we passed on him twice for a short armed stump guard and average Sony Michel.
