It was cramps.
Lucky for your team.
I hope the media bombards Brady all season with tampering questions. The guy knowingly did it. I wonder what Kraft has to say now...

I think they are pretty equivalent situations. Tuna was clearly spending time during Super Bowl week talking to a conference rival instead of focusing on the big game. He put his own interests ahead of the team. But it did all work out in the end, since it lead to the "border war" that led to us getting BB.It doesn't matter. You don't talk to another team in the middle of the season, especially a bitter division rival...that's like Nick Saban in talks with Auburn to become their HC while he is still employed by Bama. As far as Tuna is concerned, he was here only for a few years, so whatever. Brady was here for 20.

I think Tampa fans will get to see what "checked-out Toamie" looks like this season. All the whiny/complaining/all around "bad" behavior Brady was doing back then has a brand new layer
0 chance he was fully commited to the team if he was talking to a divisional-rival owner about leaving
Also, Watson is a rapist, dont let this brand-new, convenient and shocking report make you forget
Because he wasn’t going to stay with us and we had no vehicle to keep him. So any discussions he had wasn’t interfering in our ability to negotiate with him. He was totally free the minute that season ended and we didn’t try to extend him before that. How does that negate the fact that Brady was still under contract with the Patriots while he had multiple discussions with the Dolphins?
You are entitled to your opinion, but IMO it seems you had to be around here in the 90s to understand how completely Parcells turned the Patriots around. Not really
Brady was pivotal to 6 Superbowls
Tuna didn't win shiiiit

The Bucs have more of a right to complain because he was actively considering trying to subvert their contract

That's fair. I'm pretty ignorant to Patriots football before 1999.You are entitled to your opinion, but IMO it seems you had to be around here in the 90s to understand how completely Parcells turned the Patriots around.
Parcells put the team on the path that led us to getting BB and then getting those 6 SBs.

Yeah I'm one of the biggest Brady fans out there but this was disappointing. Oh wellTuna leaving is the equivalent of Romeo Crennel talking to the Jete after wining a few super bowls. Brady talking to Miami is more akin to Jordan talking to the Pistons while still in Chicago...
One could wish...Uh huh, so I guess the Pete Carroll years never happened.
He did an interview with Howard Stern in 2020 saying he knew he was gone that past August.
The key point is that discussions didn’t just occur after the season ended, rather that they occurred while the season was ongoing, as early as August 2019. That’s the issue being brought up here.Because he wasn’t going to stay with us and we had no vehicle to keep him. So any discussions he had wasn’t interfering in our ability to negotiate with him. He was totally free the minute that season ended and we didn’t try to extend him before that.

FFS so Parcells is just as repsonsible as Brady for winning the 6 Super Bowls? You are entitled to your opinion, but IMO it seems you had to be around here in the 90s to understand how completely Parcells turned the Patriots around.
