Because he wasn’t going to stay with us and we had no vehicle to keep him. So any discussions he had wasn’t interfering in our ability to negotiate with him. He was totally free the minute that season ended and we didn’t try to extend him before that.

The Bucs have more of a right to complain because he was actively considering trying to subvert their contract

The key point is that discussions didn’t just occur after the season ended, rather that they occurred while the season was ongoing, as early as August 2019. That’s the issue being brought up here.

FFS so Parcells is just as repsonsible as Brady for winning the 6 Super Bowls?

Some of this fan base has truly become a nut house the last couple years and it’s sad.
