We'll never know about that part in bold. Imagine if Brady had been coached by Andy Reid, for example.
But look around at NFL history, and it's rare that a coach is the reason an elite player becomes an elite player. Now, a system/team is a different matter. But finding the no-talent guy who a specific coach turned into a football god is almost impossible.
Can't agree with that. I think if Brady was drafted by the Steelers he would have equaled his success with the Pats.I'm not saying he made Brady my main point was he helped him become what he became. I'm sure he would've been great elsewhere maybe even HOF due to his intense competitiveness, mental toughness, and the will to win which is stuff you cant measure , but he wouldn't be the GOAT without that guidance from BB in the beginning(IMO)
Nah he just a huge Brady fan. He posts on this forum more than anybody else. He just needs to hide it by trolling.Mac10 year old
I don't think that's true. Belicheck and Brady had standing meetings in which they would break film down together.Did BB really have a lot of say in Brady’s development? I bet Weis Josh and BOB had more.
You don't think he broke down film with the OCs?I don't think that's true. Belicheck and Brady had standing meetings in which they would break film down together.
Bill definitely played a huge role in helping Brady develop his ability to watch film and break down defenses
Brady has said this. He has said Bill had the most influence on his development as a player.I don't think that's true. Belicheck and Brady had standing meetings in which they would break film down together.

Tough loss by the Celtics to an aging over the hill Warriors team. Surprised, it seemed like it was there for the taking after being up 2 to 1.
It seems Brady brought his championship luck to Tampa leaving Boston with a new curse to overcome.
Curse of the bambino is now the curse of the GOAT.
He most likely did, I would safely assume so. But it's well documented that Brady and Bill specifically spent solo time togetherYou don't think he broke down film with the OCs?
He lucky the Browns were stupid enough to pay him
Maybe we got this all wrong. Seeing that the Pats, weren't talented enough to win, Bill decided to help Brady instead. He most likely did, I would safely assume so. But it's well documented that Brady and Bill specifically spent solo time together
I agree it looks hypocritical. HOWEVER, I think Tom missed an opportunity in using his status during his time in NE to get major national endorsement deals to offset his lower salary. By his 3rd Super Bowl victory, we should have seen him pretty much like what we've recently seen him in a ton of commercials the last two years. He's late to the game, but better late than never. The most remarkable thing about the Tom vs Bill nonsense is that Bill has no problem taking top dollar for himself but refused to even come close to that with Brady.
Letting Brady go was a huge blunder.
