I had it 3 or 4 months ago. was pretty sick for 1-2 days. biggest symptoms were a really bad cough and serious fatigue, but never go to the get tired walking up stairs point. had slight fever that spiked a little at night. definitely worse at night. tested + on a Tuesday I think and by the next Monday I was lifting light in my basement and waiting for quarantine to end so I could get back to the gym. it took about 2-3 weeks to get back to my normal gym #s from the first day back lifting at the gym. I did lose 10- 15 pounds throughout it all and I didn't have much of an appetite for the duration. never lost taste or smell, had aches 1-2 days.
felt completely back to normal probably maybe 7-8 days from first symptoms but maintained a lingering cough for quite some time.
whole fam had it. kids had zero symptoms and you wouldn't even know they had it. it was tough bc they were up our ass and didn't care that wife and I felt like ****. no, we're not taking you to target to buy more **** you don't need - we don't feel well! wife was much worse than me.
