Frank Clark busted for driving with Uzi, arrested for felony possession

The thing with full autos is they are completely legal to own (with a waiting time of around 15+ months at the moment), you just need to apply for a tax stamp (on a form 4, its illegal to use a form 1 to make your own FA/Burst weapon as of 1986), and the only firearms of this type the normal (non-FFL) person can buy are from 1986 and before. I think uzis were going for about 7k on gunbroker and the like before the pandemic started. No clue what they do now. The biggest thing is the price due to the supply going way down. If you are a FFL you can buy "post-86 dealer samples", but that comes with its own gripes.

That being said, its completely illegal in California for most (if not all) NFA firearms to be possessed by civilians!

(obviously legal to own if you aren't a felon / misdemeanor domestic abuser / the like)

Clark formally charged with a felony. He could still face federal charges too.

18 million dollar cap hit about to hit the sidelines for the Chiefs!

Naaaahhh…expect a plea deal and no missed games. We’ve seen this happen too many times to expect multi-millionaire athletes who should be held to a higher standard, get held to a lower standard for the sake of the billionaire boys club NFL.

EDIT: Actually the best case scenario for the Chiefs is a voided contract, so expect the NFL to make that happen. If this weren‘t the most overpaid player in football, different story. Chiefs won’t save any cap in 2021 and would lose probably their 5th best defender on a defense that’s already incredibly thin. But long-term, voiding this would be a dream outcome for them.

no one...not any single person who lives in Crackheadafornia should own a firearm...instead, they should arm themselves with shyt turds off the sidewalks and throw them at one another while flashing their sub-moronic gang signs...jerkoffs

this is his second go round with an illegal firearms charge iirc... he was arrested in March for the same thing... he might not be that lucky to skate

He’s overpaid but he is a good player and the Chiefs losing him will be a hit to an already shaky defense.

dont worry, Goodell will pull out all of his favor cards to make sure the Chiefs face zero accountability... there's a better chance of the Patriot's getting punished for this than the Chiefs

are you certain this is how you really feel? I don't know...you just seem to be vacillating a bit. The top and the bottom ...sure...but what about the MIDDLE?

Tying together a few threads here. Maybe the middle is where you find that elusive ShytBurger?

And he got arrested in California, not KC so not likely to get home 'court' benefit......

Surely it was not fully auto.

He will get a slap on the wrist just like Plaxico Burress did when his Glock went off in a NY nightclub.

I doubt that. He's been charged with a felony and this is his SECOND gun arrest in CA in the past 6 months. He's already had his slap on the wrist.
He'll do at least some time.

A classic Joker post. Havent seen one in a while. I actually laughed out loud.
Thanks.

Frank Clark... fits right in with the chiefs... this is his second arrest within the year for illegal weapons... got popped in March as well

good to see that Chris Carter‘s mentorship program („you gotta have a fall guy“). took some kind of roots. But I guess Frank forgot the 2d time and was traveling alone. ;)

No

Crapafornia needs the money and Clark will buy his way out.

Like Tyreek the wifebeater did in Kansas or even our own Bob Kraft did down in Florida.

Money talks. The best Attorneys in the country are on it and will make a deal.
