turns out we got an extra 5th after all.
Fair enough, but Belichick did create a 100-pick gap in 2012. . . .I'm definitely expecting BB to trade up into the 3rd round at least.. doing all the mock draft simulations, it seems like an eternity between our 2nd round pick and our 3rd round compensatory one... you have to sit there and watch tons of good players be scooped up before the Pats pick again, so I would anticipate BB moving up to fill that gap
