Yep. So he could have immediate "Blackbeard" status the mods at PewterPlank and BucZone rejected his request his trophy points from here to be transferred there. He argued his loyalty to Brady was of value to the boards. Nonetheless he was relegated to a lowly status of " Baby Buc" and needed to work his way up the topmast like everyone else so he came back. Too lazy I guess.
How do you know all this? Damn you're well connected in the nfl fan forum community.

What do they call each status at Chefs Asteroid and what status are you there?

Ted M was a very good coach.

Even he was not immune to Arts ****ty ownership
Little Steven (a.k.a. upstater1) called Ted M a poor coach and a bad coach, not me, as a reason for why Bill's legacy team didn't pan out in BAL.

I think Modell was misunderstood. He really cared a lot (about money).

Bill is not named Ted Marchibroda. Doesn't get as simple as that.
Once again you're missing the point. You said Bill was building something. If he built a core group of guys that went on to win or have success with the Ravens then you could claim Bill built that foundation but wasn't given the chance to win with it. He didn't build anything. In fact it doesn't look like a single player on Bill's final Browns team was on the Ravens roster for the 2000 super bowl win. The 94 Browns team was the anomaly, not all the others.

Never under estimate trolls from rival teams pretending to be fans just to take shots at Bill/Pats.
True but I don't think thats the issue here.

We need to use a critical eye when someone tells us the love the Patriots and don't know when and what position Andre Tippet played.

Chiefs Planet is kinda like surviving prison life. 1st few months are tough but one you shim someone you get respect in the yard.

A change in coaching can destroy any rebuilding process. Marchibroda was a very different head coach than Belichick who ran very different offenses and defenses. Ted was the K-Gun guy and ran a 4-3. Belichick ran the Ehhardt/Perkins offense and was a 3-4. The personnel that Belichick assembled may not have fit Marchibroda's system just like a lot of guys Belichick inherited from Carroll and Grier were not good in Belichick's system.

Bill inherited some very good players (including a hall of famer) when he took over. If a player is good enough he can fit into a system. Look at Bruschi and McGinest.

I just don't understand this desperate need to crown Bill for having a single winning season with the Browns. Like he was on the verge of a dynasty there and it got ripped away from him. The foundation for the 2000 super bowl started being built when Bill was gone. The Ravens drafted two hall of famers, Ray Lewis, and Johnathan Ogden and some very good players, Peter Boulware, Jamie Sharper, Chris McCallister, Jamal Lewis, and Adalius Thomas. Bill didn't do much in Cleveland but for some reason people seem to want to credit him for planting the seeds of a super bowl team.

McGinest was struggling in Carroll's offense because of injuries. Belichick's system revived his career because he moved from a 4-3 DE with his hand in the dirt to a 3-4 DE where he was standing.

Ty Law had to almost completely relearn the game under Belichick. He was a pure man coverage CB and didn't play zone.

And the Patriots went 8-8 the year before Belichick took over. He inherited a declining because Bobby Grier did a crap job drafting.

And Belichick left after the 1996 season. The 2000 Ravens is irrelevant to this discussion. I never gave Belichick credit for the 2000 Ravens.

Prison life...some of the Bradyites like Venecol would fit right in
Thank the Lord your clients are Salvation Army indigents since they have little to lose with such poor representation. Lmao

Just curious, do you think BB is the greatest coach of all time? If not, who is better?

I don't think he thinks Belichick is even a good coach. Never mind, the greatest of all time.

I do think he is the greatest coach of all time. His GM abilities have been pretty poor as of late but as far as coaches go I don’t think anyone has ever been better.
