Debate Brady vs Belichick?

Thank god for Brady, Gronk and the Bucs giving me a team to cheer for the rest of the year to hold my interest.

That Brady to Gronk opening TD today to (#96 between them regular + postseason) was like a dagger to the heart. Insane touch throw and insane catch and balance by Gronk. DAMN IT. Why are they not on the Pats. Oh yeah, we have a better QB and better TE............ I guess.

Are you talking to yourself?

Exactly. And Brady had JUST won the 6th SB and he was being treated like trash and was rightly offended.
Tom Sr called that early on when he said that it was up to Belichick and it wouldn't end well.

We will have to disagree. They won despite hostetler. They barely beat the 1-15 patriots. The offense struggled after Simms went down.
The offense wasn’t exactly lighting the world on fire with Simms.

Simms lost on the road against SF. Hostetler beat ‘em.
Simms lost at home against Buffalo. Hostetler beat ‘em.

In other news, the Dolphins finally crawled back into a tie in Vegas. If they can win out that will knock the Ratbirds out of the playoffs. Let's go Fins.
I was just about to jump in about what a great game the Miami at Vegas game is, but the ref threw a flag for a 50 yard ticky-tack penalty to take the game away from Miami with 2 minutes left. The Fins took the lead 23-22 on two drives led by Fitzpicksix. The NYFL is being ruined by the officiating. I doubt that I'll stay with it much longer

Van Noy just sealed it with a stupid penalty on 3rd down in the red zone

Just frustrated.
The key is to not look back on what we had, it’s time to move forward. Plenty of money to spend, good draft capital and we’re picking a little higher than we’re used to. Idk about everyone else but I’m excited to see what we add to next years team and beyond.

That's it. 22 yard FG by Vegas to put the Ratbirds in the playoffs.

Hold on. Fitzy hit a long pass to the 40 and got his face mask pulled and the Fins are going for a FG of 44

Fins take the lead with 1 second left. It's amazing how many times I see dumb penalties cost teams a game.

Well Simms was hurt in the Buffalo game, and hostetler played more than Simms in that loss.
they beat the 9ers with 5 fgs.
If you really think hostetler was the reason they won that SB we ought to just not discuss it.

Don’t even know why this is a debate tbh. Bills defense and Otis Anderson won them a ring.

Sure. He wouldn’t be presented the exact same scenario
He would of out right won those games. No one with any sanity would argue this team is better without brady and cam in his place.

Brady DOESNT find a way to lose those games.

Right he would have had them in a better situation by, you know, being better than the stiff that was in there.

Exactly. I was simply saying that if the game happened the way it happened with brady instead that he wouldn't of fumbled the ball away. Literally would not of done that.

And he sure as hell wouldn't of failed to score from inside the 5 on 4 straight plays against seattle like cam did.

Brady may of taken an extension after that falcons Superbowl but after not getting one for the 2017 season his tenure was basically over.

People forget that that ram Superbowl win really came out of no where because

He would of out right won those games. No one with any sanity would argue this team is better without brady and cam in his place.

There was nothing Cam did vs Seattle that Brady was going to do better. Cam gave Edelman one of his all time best games. It was a 50/50 end of game situation and we already saw Brady lose a very similar game vs Seattle on the goal line several years ago. Cam wasn't on the field Chiefs. The 49'ers game and Rams game were blowouts and it was going to be hard for anyteam to comeback with the talent on the team. Miami is a team Brady always struggles with and he lost to a worse Miami team last year.

So we are down to the Texans, Broncos and Bills game. Those are the only games it's reasonable to assume there would be a very different outcome as they were close and winnable and Brady doesn't have a history of struggling against them.... actually that's not true, he struggles alot vs Denver. Close game, but we saw Brady lose slogfests last year with this offense. So it's more of a toss up than anything else. The Bills game is hard to say because Cam was the reason we were in that final drive.

Really the Texans is the only game I feel strongly Brady would have one. I'll spot you the Denver game to even though it wouldn't shock me to see him lose that.

This is a very bad team. I think you are highly overestimating how bad it is.
