There are probably a couple emojis that are barely used and could be removed, which could help.

Or four most frequently used with a "More" button that pops up with the rest.

I don't think I would be shocking anyone to point out that this site is not designed to work on mobile devices. The microscopic rating icons are just one example.
It's fine on my laptop, but yea, it's tough on my phone to select a rating. Not the end of the world though. Never cared to complain about it.

Actually, the vast majority of design whenever I do anything specifically goes into focusing on mobile...which is what holds up a lot of the new additions because I essentially have to try and optimize for all formats whenever I do absolutely anything, as mobile is the most challenging (the stats page was probably the toughest) but the most important since desktop accounts for less than half of the views these days.

As a result your comment sort of catches me off guard - but in a good way because I'd honestly like to hear more about what you don't like to try and help hopefully improve it.

Regarding the icons - that's primarily because there are so many of them. If we only had 3-4, it would probably be a different story. Otherwise, I could make them larger, but when you factor in the way they display with the number of votes each has, I've had difficulties with that.

But @LJRomanoff, definitely feel free to throw out more examples of why you feel that way. You're the first to mention it, so I'd honestly appreciate whatever feedback you have and I'll see what I can do in order to accommodate them.

I don't want to treat this offer lightly but I am totally underwater with work (software engineer doing phone applications, so this is my thing) at the moment. I will try in the next week or two to spend some time on the site on mobile devices and see if I can come up with some specifics.

I didn't mean for you to have to go too crazy and spend a lot of time on it. I'm just assuming, given the comment, that you might have had a couple of other obvious examples of things that annoyed you.

Yep. I'm guessing we didn't interact much. The only names I can recall from those days are BrewGnat (what happened to him?) and the esteemed @PatsWickedPissah.

My favorite memory is trolling a Browns* fans who called us all `hippocrates'.

*Was hoping for Jets, but no, I saw a reference to Cleveland during my trip down memory lane.

Brew Gnat lives in FL and just celebrated a B day. Still a major Pats fan.
I remember Usenet creatures "Tollbooth" Bob Jensen, Jetes fan and Bender, Bills fan most clearly.

Glad to hear he's well. I shall drink a toast to him later

I don't, because I make it a point to never visit the site on mobile devices.

Got you. No worries, next time you have a moment, definitely let me know some of the issues you have and I'll certainly do what I can to correct them. I appreciate it.
