Is selecting the intended icon on the first attempt a minor miracle? I think so.

You are using very harsh chemicals with your fingers and not wearing the right gloves.

Sorry. Meant to select funny, but selected disagree thanks to this huge thumb.

Regards,
Chris

P.S. Charge your phone.

Oh man, if you guys saw how chewed up all of my fingers are (I've never not been extremely anxious a moment in my life), you'd get off Tony's ass.

Some people do actual work for a living. Or do work around their house.

Doesn’t seem like you all know many of those people.

I maintain heavy equipment for a living so the hands take a beating now and then.

Thank God I used the good thumb for the post. Haha

I've probably fat fingered a few Dislikes and Disagrees in my time and had it done to me.

I kinda like it...livens things up a bit.

I restore cars for a living. I use all sorts of harsh stuff but I protect those digits.

Compensate by quickly changing your mistakes.

I've decided to spam Angry in this thread as a tribute to both misclicks and our beloved pssed and btchy QB

P.S. since this is a lighter thread:

Dear @chris_in_sunnyvale

I'm writing to let you know that I always deeply appreciate your polite posts.

Yeah it's hard to "go after" a guy named "Chris in Sunnyvale" to start with but I gotta tell ya, that consistent good-natured politeness sometimes makes you feel like if you totally don't deserve anybody dissing on you at all then by the backwards-just-deserts rule of internet bullying you actually do deserve it. But then I remember that I too try to be polite, so by the rule of basically leaving people alone I don't say anything.

But I admit I have felt like signing a post "******s," because it is such a stupid and lame parody that by the Internet-backwards-witticism rule, I think in such moments that it would be funny. The board edited a word which could be shortened, by removal of the initial letters "Re," to "tardy" minus the y plus an "s"

Fuggit, who has time for this. I have to rescue a rapper from Sweden.

rappernapping socialist bastards.

I actually do think it's cool that Chris does that signoff (to the extent it amuses me, I am reminded of those Andrew Luck Civil War letters).

I really would like to know why he does it. Since it's not required, I imagine there's some interesting motivation involved. Maybe he just misses snail mail and its lost graces? A mini tribute?

When we had a political forum I used to sign my threads "PFnV"

Man, you should have seen people's heads explode. Reasons to hate me went, from most frequent to least,

1) Length of posts
2) Big words
3) that signoff
4) Actual content

And frankly, it was an unwritten rule that any response to content would be predominantly attacks on the purported character or characteristics of one's bete noire.

Kinda miss the place... :/

I must still has PTSD from the Wells Report, because all I could think of from the OP pic was:
