Not sure how that's particularly relevant to the point being discussed, but okay. Belichick inherited an 8-8 team, went 5-11 while gutting it of malcontents and fixing the core problems, then went 14-5 and won the Super Bowl. And yeah, changing QBs was a big part of that.

I don't think Belichick's too concerned about how good a team in the NFC is, since by definition the path to the SB can't go through them.
