Kraft Orchids Case - Prosecuters Want a Tug Rule?

Unlikely the Patriots lose draft picks. But the league could dock them picks without any retribution from the Pats. This was according to Schefter on OMN this afternoon.
That moron if he costs us picks.

Maybe Bob can run the team from his prison cell?
Maybe in BFE where you live people go to prison for misdemeanor soliciting but in the real world, IF he gets convicted, he's only facing probation at worse.

One thing to consider is that kraft will have an unbelievable legal team that will more than likely get his case dropped.

I think the bigger question will be the human trafficking side of things rather than what he’s done. He’s the only reason why this sting has become worldwide news.

It was the investigation.

Quite an "investigation". How many handjobs did they need to film to determine the place was being used for prostitution and there might be human trafficking involved?

And what's more, IT WILL NEVER GO AWAY.

Jim Irsay was arrested five years ago, and nobody on this forum lets the Colts forget it for a minute.
Probably but who cares. Irsay looks like a crack addict so he's easy. Kraft doesn't look like a what? A man that pays women to have sex? Just not the same in my book but yea we'll be hearing about this for a while, lmao.

It’s not like RK did something horrible. He did something stupid that is a misdemeanor offense. He will probably have the case dropped or be required to complete some sort of diversion program. He may be 77 but he’s young at heart. The nfl will probably suspend him a game or drop a fine or both. No doubt this will be more fodder for the haters but it doesn’t matter as long as we keep winning

It’s pretty clear they did an investigation which included dropping a camera for a specified period of time.
What exactly are you *****ing about?

Super Bowl 53 Champions* :(

It’s not that what he did is horrible it’s that it’s bad publicity. It identifies him as a man who goes to a prostitution. That creates a reputation with maybe 1/3 of the population that he is a creep.
Worse, it makes him a target for the SJW who will call him a misogynist, rapist, sex slave supporter or whatever they feel will help further their cause.
He put himself in a spotlight of ridicule and aggressive criticism.

If you're the state, why not make a comprehensive investigation and be able to charge as many wealthy Johns as possible and get a bunch of plea deals out of it?

I believe the onus is on you to actually read the thread and not for me to have to repeat myself. If you're going to pick an argument, at least keep up with said argument.

While this is true, it's in his best interests to get this over with quick. The league does not want to be associated with this, he does not want his name and "human traficking" being linked longer than it has to be.

This is a story right now because of him. He personally needs to do whatever it is that ends this as fast as possible. The league reacts to optics. Get away from this story, get out of the headlines, sit in your ****ing house all summer until the season starts. Move on.

If he fights this it just creates more embarassment for the league and will increase the chances of a larger penalty.

Because women were being victimized during said investigation and they let it continue to happen for months?
