I will say Brady's been miserable this year when blitzed. I think that's a combination of a number of things. One, the need to use the receiving back to catch passes because two, Gronk's been hurt and ineffective, Edelman's not 100% and Amendola is gone. And three, he's hearing footsteps in a way that he hasn't in the past.
But Vrabel clearly saw that tendency and is exploiting it in this game.

Brady doesn't have an outlet to go to. White is staying in to block. Edelman is running deeper routes.. They need to go to quick hitting routes to get the Titans back on their heals.. Maybe even a screen or two..
