God Bless Sony Michel.
Ever since C. Dillon we have not had a real bruising RB of this calibre .
Imagine if J. Hill didn't go down from that freak accident from one of our own players to take him to IR.
Imagine both Hill + Michel ,,just WOW.
Still I am praying that Sony stays healthy because his speed and strength will help Brady and our offense ,,,for some ugly games coming up.
Finally I can say ,,we have our Running Back.
Go Sony Michel. GO PATS.

Bullsh*t how we lost Hill but oh well, hopefully his recovery goes well and we bring him back on another one year deal in 2019.

Totally agree and it helps Brady too. Running game is key to mix it in . Really loved the way they faked jetsweeps to Patterson at times also.. Then run end arounds and reverses. You got perfect players for this creativity so run that stuff!

He looked "as advertised," so keeping fingers crossed for the final book on Michel. Remember, you have to be pretty special to not split carries in a NE backfield... but I can easily see him having a bell cow (NE style) role.

don't see the bruising part....actually went down too easily many times. Hopefully, he gets better every game.

At LEAST, we have two rbs.

Let’s pump the brakes on Michel. It’s one game. I thought Maroney was legit after his first 100 yard game against Cincy in ‘06.

Jumping the gun a little here. He had a very good game and has potential. As far as having a legitimate damn good RB, we did have that in Dion Lewis.

Not a bruiser, 20-25 carry guy though if that's what you mean.

Yeah, many RB can have a good game or two, or three, or four. Players like Corey Dillion did it week after week in 2004. I am not ready to think anything about this kid. Could be good, could be great, could be an absolute bust. Give him time.

I’m impressed with Michel thus far. He has shown improvement and determination. Now weather he can be consistent is another matter but I think he will be somewhat

He didn't **** himself this past weekend. Let's throw a party!

Seriously, we need to take the chill pill on this. It was one game against a team that didn't bother showing up. Let's be happy with his apparent improvement, without pretending it was more than it was. Jonas Gray learned that lesson the hard way.

1/2 his yards came after initial contact.

Yeah, while I agree that it's important not to declare that he's arrived based on one good game, he was great on Sunday. He was running through arm tackles with ease, and as much as I like White he's never been able to do that. I wouldn't call him a bruiser, but for a guy who accelerates and cuts as well as well as he did on Sunday, his ability to power through weak tackles was more than adequate.

Basically, he showed the set of skills that got him drafted in the first round. Now let's see him play like that reliably and he might actually vindicate the pick.

Anybody see the Browns Chubb last Sunday?

Next stud NFL RB. Bank on it.

Sony was fine on Sunday. No one is saying he's the next Corey Dillon.

I admit. I wanted him instead of Michel. Thought he was more of a pile mover but in a more spacial game, Sony might have been the smarter choice
