This idiot thinks fans employ the players so that they can have fun on the pitch. No. We fans pay (by funding) the players to perform a job. That job being to make our team win and entertain us NOT them.

The way Belichick runs his team might not be for everybody but it's been proven to work time and time again over the long haul.
