Why is he a POS? He used an approximation of a colloquial expression to describe a situation. Players shouldn't be running the show.Hey McNair (you POS), looks like at least one of your inmates escaped......

To be honest, this strikes me as a Belichickian move. Given the amount of former Patriots on the Texans staff, it's not particularly surprising. It's clear Seattle is all-in on this season. Brown's contract jumps close to $10M next year. They're giving up the 2019 second because they don't have their 2018 second, which was traded for Sheldon Richardson and his $8M contract in the last season.
Sherman and Thomas both have contracts that expire after the 2018 season, at which point both players will be at, or almost at age 30. So it really feels like they're moving everything into the middle of the pot for the next year or so.
For the Texans, great value, although part of me can't help but wonder if McNair was motivated to move one of his most vocal inmates. Rookie D'onte Foreman, who was also quite upset and didn't practice on Friday, played 1 snap on Sunday. It makes me wonder if McNair is trying to get rid of all the malcontents and send a message to the rest of the roster.
Wouldn’t it be the coaches (correct) decision to bench a player who didn’t show up for practice on Friday? It's clear Seattle is all-in on this season. Brown's contract jumps close to $10M next year.
