That's fair, I thought those late calls and some others were BS too. But they shoulda picked this guy like 9 times - Philly damn near could have tonite - and not left it to the last second or have to blame penalties. Has no idea what he's doing. This dude sucks and was ripe for the picking in our game too and they failed to WIN. Almost coulda/woulda/shoulda snuck out with a win, sure, but that's not exactly the same thing as getting screwed by refs.

Disclaimer: I kinda like ugly NE, more fun to watch blowouts sometimes but the struggle is real and we'll see what they're made of. TB says he's "good"? Me too, LETS GO

I haven't seen any of their other games, but they played excellent tonight. I found myself quickly rooting for them just because of their impressive play compared to the ref fueled clown show that is the Panthers.

I don't think so, I think Philly's line is just much better than ours at run blocking. Blount wouldn't be doing any better if he was here, and Gillislee would be tearing it up in Philly. Mason is our only lineman that would start for them barring injury (Cannon would start for them tonight since Johnson is out).

It's early yet, and too early to make RB comparison judgments. But, if you're going to simply look at the numbers to date, Blount > Gillislee with the same OL.
