How many 27 year old ex football players' brains do you suppose they have looked at in their research history?“Researchers who examined the brain determined it was “the most severe case they had ever seen in someone of Aaron’s age,” said a lawyer for Hernandez in announcing the result at a news conference on Thursday. Hernandez was 27.”
The NCAA is going down on this too.
No
Kraft never murdered anyone.
Uhh so Hernandez’s family r upstanding! Yes? I’ve been around Lawyers b they DA’s or private all my professional life. This is the epitome of “Ambulance Chasing”
Yep. All speculation WebMD stylePretty sure the testing procedures for CTE are fairly strict in what they're looking for. In other words, I don't think we'd see as much mimicking of drug use like you would with other diseases, but I could be wrong. I'm sure we'll be finding more out about it in the coming months.

It's far from shallow. And that's how the corrupt 32 gets away with it. With shallow responses like this. It's important to consider their greed and the damage it's doing on society. There's a lot of indirect impact that leads to the suffering of many people. And the corrupt 32 are a big contributor to that.
Why the NFL can't talk honestly about concussionsit is difficult to honestly educate and reduce fear and, at the same time, avoid engaging in propaganda and advocacy in an attempt to save the sport and maximize the dollars that come from it.
Thought I read it did.....?Yeah. Drug and alcohol use don't cause tau deposits. There's literally no way to mistake these.
The risks are not completely understood. They are, in fact, poorly understood. Much more heat than light. It's far from shallow.
The crime of corruption isn't even close to murder. The son of a *****'s family deserves nothing. If he didnt kill Lloyd none of this would have come to light. Additionally, we don't even know if they should even be held responsible.
Keep in mind you have 1000s of players making millions of dollars who have a complete understanding of the risk involved. Corrupt owners notwithstanding.
I hate the owners too but you are off on this one.

All I know is, if his family manages to get even more rich off of the Patriots because pyschotic serial killer Hernandez decided to kill himself in his prison cell instead of serve out his multiple life sentences for the people he MURDERED, then add it to the pile of evidence that demonstrates what a joke the entire legal system is
Poor little victim Hernandez.. its the Patriot's fault he was a serial killer that committed suicide, lets sue them for millions of dollars so we don't have to work anymore
The risk is a proportion which is unknown.Seriously?
Give people credit.
If 99% of the people playing HS football or higher or parent doesn't know concussions = cte by now then they are still in 1992
