I have no idea, but I strongly suspect "bigly hooters" is considered a good thing.

So is "Bigly Badonkadonk".

Especially if it's a "Buddha from Bombay" edition.

Please do the world and this board a favor and lighten up. Just because a guy uses a word made up by the president doesnt mean he supports or doesnt support him. No one cares about anyones ******** politics on this board. All of us for that matter, please shut the f@ck up about politics.

Just to play the wag, there's no such thing as a made-up word. All words are made-up. And "bigly" has been around since at least the 80's.

Probably coined by Zeke Mowatt in referring to a part of his anatomy, though Lisa Olson had a differing opinion.

I stand corrected about bigly. Thanks for the info. All i meant by made up was not a real word as in defined by the dictionary. Which you have now shown it is a real word. I am going to delete my original post cause i agree with the post above that this thread is off the rails.

In person you're oft accompanied by your charming wife which almost negates the downside

Man, I wonder how many times this has been said about me, and I'm blithely going through life unknowing.

I'm all for this, whoever says this deserves to be the President of the US.:p

This offense is stacked - Can't wait for training camp to start because I think Gilleslee needs to be in pads in order to truly showcase his skills.

Well, that won't be the case anymore since we're going to Splitsville, population: Sadness.

:eek::oops::(

Sorry to hear. I guess the upside is you'll have more time to post in here...wait, is that an upside?

We took an offense that averaged 35 points in the playoffs and won the Super Bowl and added Gillislee, Brandin Cooks, and Gronkowski to it, not to mention a few others.

Just draft all Patriots as your fantasy football offense and you'll win your league.

IDK why every hates the word bigly.

Bigly is YUGE in GINA. I don't think it is a political statement just to use words one way or the other. They are just funny sometimes.

Back on topic. Yep it will be good. The the first time in a while i am truly excited about our between the tackles run game. First time since Corey Dillon i felt they could do some damage there.

Ridley i never really loved as a player. He was okay but more made by Brady than special in himself. LM I was kind of interested and hopefully but it became clear he wouldn't be much when he failed to have monster years with great players opening it up for him and a good OL. I think this will be the best running game the Pats have had in over 10 years.

Sorry to hear. I've never fully recovered from my split.
Its not a bigly thing and definitely not a hoot.
On the upside, it might allow you,in time,to pursue some bigly hooters.

Didn't mean to make this thread about me. Thanks for the kind words though, I'm fine. Divorces are the one thing I'm really good at.

Let's go back to calling each other names and not realizing that DJ Foster is going to have a break-out year and Gillislee is the next Donald Brown.

Sorry, guys. "Bigly" is actually a thing. But don't take it from me, take it from my friend the lexicographer.

So, Which Is It: Bigly Or Big-League? Linguists Take On A Common Trumpism
But it turns out bigly is a word, says lexicographer and Merriam-Webster editor Kory Stamper. "Bigly is, in fact, an adverb," she says. "It's just a really rare adverb that doesn't have much use today."

Bigly's meaning has also changed through the years.

"It originally meant violently or strong," Stamper says. "Over time, it actually came to mean pompous or in an arrogant manner, which is kind of ironic."

...and over the 10 games it played without Gronk (the NYJ game doesn't count as he was a ghost out there) went 10-0 and averaged 30ppg.

I think DCs need to get an opioid allowance.....I have no idea what the hell they are going to do. No defense in the NFL has the personnel to stop this offense consistently for 60 minutes.

WR1- Cooks
WR2- JE11
WR3- Hogan
TE1- Gronk
PB1- White

or...

WR1- Cooks
WR2- JE11
TE1- Gronk
PB1- White
PB2- DLew

The running game still needs to be physical and keep defenses honest but my god.

Download Bumble or some middle-aged white guy equivalent.

I just might be able to steal him in 4th round of fantasy draft.
