NFL Week 9 Predictions and Picks Against the Spread

John Morgan

The best game this week features the reigning Super Bowl champs versus a team that hasn't been to the playoffs for 14 years. Denver travels to Oakland in a battle of AFC West rivals on Sunday night. Both clubs are 6-2, tied for the division lead - and one game behind the Patriots for home field in the AFC playoff race. The Raiders won the last meeting in December to snap an eight game losing streak to the Broncos.

I am looking forward to the Sunday Night game this week for once. I am gonna take Denver. Hope I am wrong I hate the Broncos and will be rooting for Oakland.

Denver 24
Raiders 20

So Ben is starting. Never passes up a chance to look like a warrior. LOL

LOL! On NFLN Gameday, the fans picks, only 10% took the Colts over Green Bay.

Then Willie on the parallels between Dak/Romo and Brady/Bledsoe
"Once you go Dak, you never go back"

I hate the constant comparisons to romo/dak bledsoe/brady. Put Dak on the 2001 team pats dont win the super bowl. Brady didn't play behind the best Offense line in 2001, Brady didn't have a HB like Elliot and Brady didn't have a Dez Bryant on offense.

Which games should I watch? Browns for Collins?

Here's hoping to full day of competitive games with the cherry on top being a Broncos loss.

I'm actually really intrigued to see how Collins looks in Cleveland.

Hopefully all our enemies lose today,

Ravens, Giants, Colts, Broncos, and the Jets, Miami is done for the year and the Jets have 5 losses already so another lost or two which is guaranteed and done for the year no playoffs but the biggest two i want done for the year which I speak for everyone are the Ravens/Jets in terms of missing the playoffs so today is a pretty big day to watch out for as alot of our enemies are in thin ice already in terms of current record and are a lost or 2 from behind in a hole which they will more than likely not be able to climb back from if not at all, let our enemies fail and us prevail LETS GOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

Saw a loser in the grocery store with a terrible towel hanging out of his back pocket.

It's nice to sit back and relax today.

Wow huge flag and military group, A10s flyover at Ravens Steelers game while singing the anthem late to be on TV instead of game kickoff. Goodell trying to wrap NFL in the flag to try and stop ratings slide.

I even saw an eagle flying around

They got them off the field pretty quick. My bet is it was a tape from earlier and then they delayed the kickoff to play on TV

Wentz has already thrown a pick.

Edit: The Giants capitalized with a TD

Browns and Cowboys player were ejected from the game, for what?!?!?!

Irving and Erving. Did they fight over who has their last name spelled better?o_O

That's gotta be a record for players getting tossed this early.

Collins first snap is an edge rush I think. Collins end of the line on 2nd snap too against #82. Collins off the line on 3rd snap, played coverage.

Wentz just got picked again.

Eventually, rookies gonna rookie.

Edit: And the Giants convert again, for the TD
