BB playing mind games if nothing else.
There's no reason for BB to announce who's starting, this is a smart move by BB
Nick Saban said:It's not that we don't want you to know we just don't want the other team to know. I mean, this is my good friend (Belichick) so I would call him and tell him myself if I wanted him to know.
Typical Belicheat and the Cheatriots trying to trick the Texans. Or something.
Good things happen to good (and nice) people..Imagine if he ends up playing and having a big game (and wins.) The legend of Jimmy G would grow exponentially.
Not a chance in hell he plays.
So Jimmy and Gronk could either both not play or both start. Good luck preparing for both scenarios with like 2 days of prep time, Houston.
I have a hard time believing that Ed Werder, of all people, would have the inside scoop.
I don't think there's any chance he plays, but good for BB & Josh McDaniels for keeping Bill O'Brien guessing. Now he'll have to prepare (on short notice) mainly for Jacoby, but maybe a little for Jimmy G, and maybe even a little for Julian Edelman. Can't believe more people in the media don't "get" that the Pats are trying to take every advantage of the situation that they can, including keeping the Texans guessing.
