Wrong

Ideal Gas Law says balls should fall by 1.22.

They fell by average of 1.2.

If they'd been deflated, they would have been much lower. According to the science.

But that didn't fit the narrative the NFL wanted so let's just completely ignore that. F*CKING SHAM.

That's alright though because the report is going to be shredded apart in Federal Court. NFL is going to be made to look completely incompetent. Their key witness in it is going by memory but yet admits he couldn't remember if he used the logo or the non-logo gauge, ya that doesn't hurt his credibility nor does the fact that is a 20 year NFL employee who is obviously going to tow the company line and try to cover his own ass. Then what also will be brought up is how Wells and his firm represented the NFL in a concussion lawsuit. Ya no conflict of interest there hiring your attorneys to investigate something where the league had just as much, if not more shadiness in the matter.

That was fun, now I can't prove my innocence and you can't prove yours so I guess we're guilty. Perhaps that's why accusers must prove guilt, and not the other way around. You know, proving a negative and all that.

Brady will not be able to prove he didn't ask someone to deflate balls any more than you or I. The fact they couldn't find any proof he did so leaves the presumption of innocence, just like you or I.

I wouldn't bet the ranch that further evidence won't come out. This isn't over.

Your gut says he wanted 12.5, fine. Mine says he wanted the balls to fell the way he wanted then to, and didn't care if they were under 12.5 to accomplish it.

They're is more proof for my hypothesis than there is yours. You have NO evidence that TB wanted it the way you are stating. None.

I think your light is better expressed on a different site. I am sure there are 31 other sites that welcome your illiterate flat earth point of view.

Oh my, now I'm an illiterate flat earth troll just because I don't buy the dominate theory on the forum regarding Tom Brady.

Further evidence showing Brady is guilty? They had 104 days and the biggest connection they could make was that Brady complained about a 16psi ball in October.

I think if any evidence comes out it will be in favor of Brady.

I repeat, the fact they were under inflated.

I repeat, the fact they were under inflated.

The science argues against you. Even then, the connection from Brady to your supposition is a big leap. No proof. What about TB asking for the rule book to be brought to the official? Face it, there is more proof that he did nothing than there is he did something.

For me it's not that. Opinions are fine. If you get suspended for an opinion, then that's wrong.

The NFL must live with the fact that 103 days and $5M could not produce the evidence they originally thought they could find.

Which will be one of the major arguing points when this goes to court

"100+ days and millions of dollars and all they have is a few text messages and can't definitively prove it yet are saying that maybe it happened and maybe is good enough for them to say it did happen"

I never said the NFL handled it correctly. I never said the Wells report was proof of his guilt. I said I believe Brady was involved in the deflation of footballs below the legal limit.

And what might be the basis for this belief?

I think that's the central point that I (and others) are sincerely trying to make to you.

Summary:
1) You seemingly agree that the Wells Report does not contain the evidence necessary to prove TB's innocence, despite 243 pages worth of investigatory material that could have provided some basis for his guilt.
2) You absolutely state that TB was involved "in the deflation of footballs below the legal limit". Yet you can offer no basis for such a statement, despite the availability of the 243 page report...and the entire internet at your disposal.

For me it's not that. Opinions are fine. If you get suspended for an opinion, then that's wrong.

I never called anyone a name here, or became sarcastic, until posters started calling me a moron, a troll, GFY, so on and so forth. I merely stated my opinion. If I'm wrong, so be it, however that's my right.

This point is hilarious because it is pretty much what Brady's attorneys are going to say when they question Ted Wells.

I suppose you could be much, much worse.

So if I understand your complaint, you do not like being disparaged without sufficient basis.

You're not a moron, I don't believe you're a troll, and you don't deserve to be called names. But you simply must understand that when you come into any forum of thinking individuals, you must be able to back up your claims. That's all.

Not helping your cause, in the least, are statements such as the one where you mention the fact that at one point in time footballs were measured at a psi below 12.5 (i.e. at halftime of the AFCCG) and then directly connect that to TB's guilt. This simply does not correlate to proof, in any manner, concerning the intent of an individual unless there are photos of that same individual removing air from the balls during that very same game.

"My right"? Wow. Yea it is also everyone's right to disparage you and call you any name in the book that is within the code of conduct for this forum.

Now that we have our "rights" reaffirmed, if you want to disparage a man's character based on thinly supported accusations -- something I am sure you, ahem, find improper -- be prepared to be disparaged yourself. I'm sure you actually don't find that as shockingly unfair as you are trying to make it out as, otherwise it is more than enough proof you are incapable of reasoning (what is another word for someone incapable of reason?).

How would it end up in federal court?

Exactly. I think there needs to be a national day off. With that day, it is mandated that everyone attend (at least those proclaiming TBs guilt) to play out at least 2 full officiated games of Clue. I would assume the failure rate would be fairly high. That would answer this debate once and for all.

No one can prove, with all the evidence at our disposal, one way or another, that Brady did, or didn't manipulate the process, period. You seem to think that you can, wrong. In the final analysis everyone is going by their gut. You, and all who say he's innocent, and me, and everyone who says he's guilty.
