This is just going to be a collection of tweets, links, articles, etc. of everything OTA related. Player updates, health status, "progress" during t-shirt practices, attendance, etc.

Yes, it's OTAs, but it's June, there isn't much else to talk about, so here we go, a bunch of updates from today, it sounds like the defense dominated in the rain for the most part, but to be noted that offensive attendance seemed worse:

Did not see Dobson, Dennard, C. Fleming, Easley, Gallon or Armstead

Nick Underhill@Nick_Underhill · 1h
LaFell and Mankins back. Gronk, Kelly, Wilfork, Solder among those limited. TK and VW did some drills

Nick Underhill@Nick_Underhill · 1h
Lot of picks. All QBs struggled with rain

LaFell on going against Revis: “It’s hard. You don’t want to look like a dumb butt on film.”

Nick Underhill@Nick_Underhill · 24m
Thought Daxton Swanson looked goo again. He flashed last week. Did some nice things again today.

Nick Underhill@Nick_Underhill · 22m
LaFell had a nice catch on Chung after McCourty moved down in the box.

Phil Perry@PhilAPerry · 1h
LaFell: "Revis...He's seen it all, man. None of the tricks you do are going to work on him."

Phil Perry@PhilAPerry · 1h
Logan Mankins and Brandon LaFell were present and accounted for at today's OTA after missing last week's session available to media.

Phil Perry@PhilAPerry · 1h
Did not see Aaron Dobson, Alfonzo Dennard or Dominique Easley put on the practice field today. #patriotstalk

Phil Perry@PhilAPerry · 1h
Gronkowski, Solder, Slater highlighted a rehab group that made its way inside the bubble after a few minutes. Smith also went in eventually.

Phil Perry@PhilAPerry · 1h
Returning kicks today were Boyce, LaFell, Finch and (looked like) Vereen. Still no numbers on shirts. Only on shorts, helmets.

Phil Perry@PhilAPerry · 1h
Didn't see Wilfork do a ton, but seemed to moving fine when he was out there. Took some reps with Kelly, Ninkovich, Chandler Jones.

Phil Perry@PhilAPerry · 1h
Armstead, Gallon, Fleming also among those not seen out there today. #PatriotsTalk

One play that got big reaction from Patriots defense near the end of practice: Brady picked by Browner deep down sideline.

Please post anything you guys see, it's nice to have it all in one place.

Josh Boyce had a really good day, and his development could be a big story this offseason if he stays healthy. His speed has really stuck out, especially getting through to the second and third levels of the defense, and Brady hit him with a beautiful throw as Boyce split the safeties to get to the end zone. LaFell said after Boyce has played a key role helping him learn the system.

Patriots OTAs Observations: Jimmy Garoppolo Struggles In Rainy Conditions http://wp.me/p2AlCJ-1r11

Danny Amendola said he trained with Jimmy Garoppolo before the combine. Was just a coincidence -- both were in LA.

Patriots UDFA name to watch so far: CB Daxton Swanson. Picked off Ryan Mallett.

The most interesting part is that LaFell credits Boyce with helping him learn the system, I hope that Boyce knows it well enough to help teach, lol.

If there's anyone I want to make the 2nd year jump it's Boyce. I guess I'm assuming Collins will but Boyce's athleticism jumped off the screen even in a crappy year.

Amendola on Garoppolo: "I don't know if they ran the same offense in college, but he's picked up the system really well." #Patriots

and from : http://blog.masslive.com/patriots/2014/06/observations_from_thursdays_or.html

Garoppolo gets rid of the ball really fast, same as he did in college. The ball comes out his hand at a stunning speed.

Don’t notice many passes going in Darrelle Revis’ direction. I’d be surprised if he’s been targeted more than two or three times in the last two practices open to the media.

I wonder if that's habbit to avoid him in a real game, or if his guys are just completely irrelevant.

The bolded is music to my ears. The kid has all the tools necessary to be exactly what this offense needs. If he "gets it", it would be huge for this offense.

I've been impressed with Josh Boyce so far. He looks bigger and has made a couple of nice catches. He also seems to be the leading KR.

Heard this week that Josh Boyce was having a great off-season/OTA. Some of the practice reports today only verify that.

A few reporters have said KT looks good - and somewhat bigger - also.

KT Tweeted about joining the "200lbs club" a month or 2 back so it's understandable that he looks bigger.

I kind of regret this thread already, I hate how amazing everyone is during the offseason, it's just got me even more excited now.

It sounds like KT may not be as easily knocked off as everyone expected, at least based on reports so far.

But like everyone points out, EVERYONE is an all-pro this time of year according to team media.

I remember last year how good Sudfeld was looking. That continued all the way through preseason, the bubble only bursting once the real games started.

Still, this stuff is more fun than NOT reading about football.

I don't and didn't expect that he would. For a while last season, he was by far and away looking better than his other two rookie counterparts at the position.

And Chad Jackson would have been a HOFer by now. As for Sudfeld, given an offseason to bulk up a little I think he could still be interesting. I wouldn't be shocked if he turns out to be a rare Belichick bad cut.

Mike Reiss' thoughts are excellent to read as always.

I'm getting very excited about the WR battle, it sounds like KT has bulked up and been playing well, Boyce sounds like he's made strides, LaFell is receiving compliments from everyone, we know what to expect from Amendola and Edelman in this system already when health allows.

Suddenly Dobson is the biggest question mark while being sidelined with his foot issue.

Daxton Swanson -- how can you not love that name?

The bolded is music to my ears. The kid has all the tools necessary to be exactly what this offense needs. If he "gets it", it would be huge for this offense.

And if he can earn a regular spot the 45, he could also be a terrific KR asset. Definitely one of the players I'm keeping my fingers crossed for!

I can't wait for training camp. It's interesting comparing your own observations while attending TC to the reporters' observations.

I'd be skeptical on Boyce. Reporters last season were raving about him at TC and in reality he looked lost/couldn't get separation. Although to be fair I agreed with them that Sudfeld was looking great when I was there.

BTW, how about our 3rd team college offense?

QB: Garoppolo
RB: White, Houston, Finch
WR: The three UDFAs, Gallon
TE: Watson, Jones
