Apparently the Browns had their eyes on Brandin cooks. Once he was off the board, they made the move for Manziel. Don't forget they've picked up a first rounder for next year too.

The Browns actually have talent. It's their front office and coaching staff that needs work. With Haden, Gilbert, Mack, Gordon, Cameron, that team has extremely good players. Too many people hoping on that Browns suck bandwagon.
