According to my calculations... Nothing we broke! Lol
Browners contract structure has not been released yet.
My guess is $1M, $3M, $7M with a $6M bonus. This is consistent with the original leak/suggest of 2/$10M. That would mean a 2014 cap cost of $3M.
That should be about right as we had around $17M and used about $10M on the DBs.Sounds about right. And if true that would give the Pats around $7.5M in cap space(after Revis officially signs)

Yes, $7.5M, with Wilfork still on the roster. So, team can afford to sign a couple of more players to similar contracts (perhaps with a smaller third year) before the they need to deal with Wilfork's contract.
Remember Revis deal isn't on the books yet becasue he hasn't officially signed. Once it's on the book i can bet that will be the time Wilfrok is released
I hate to see Vince go, but it is time and Bianca needs the money. I see a cheap replacement (Raji got $4mm!). I say Terrance Cody could be had for almost minimum. He is behind Ngata so that won't work for him to start. This kid could take over a game at Alabama. He has had some nicks since drafted second round and the Ravens would have Drafted him in the first. . I can't see him being much worse than hoping Nix falls to us. Plus Cody has NFL tape and only 25. If we release VW this might help CAP wise and he is a run stuffer. He is 6'4" and 340.

I don't expect Browner's contract to hit our cap too hard this year... suspension will probably lower the first year cap hit.
Not by that much, since first year salary would have been low in any event. (And being suspended he'll want to make sure it's very low ...)
