Hate to open up old wounds, but why is it OK for a QB to throw the ball 10 yards beyond the WR on the sidelines, but he can't throw it 10 yards beyond the WR on the field of play?

Brady's ball 40 yards downfield early in the Super Bowl sailed directly over Deion Branch's head and landed 10 yards beyond him.

I don't think it should have been called intentional grounding. It could have easily been picked.

It isn't just how good he is in his own right, but his play seems contagious and he elevates the play of his teammates.
