Names... They haven't done anything yet...... Sure, those players have promise for the future, but currently not so much.

Sorry went to bed. Davis has a pick 6 and Miami deficiencies against the pass have a lot to do with the safties and covering tight ends.
Tony Gonzalez
Dallas Clark
Antonio Gates
Dustin Keller
Jeremy Shockey
All had good games against Miami, nothing to do with Smith or Davis. My only arguement is Davis and Smith are not a joke and they will be a good tandem. Despite your stat searching, good job, they have a lot of ability. Right now they are inexperienced, but not a joke. There is even a Pats fan in this thread who stated he likes both of them and was hoping the Pats drafted Smith. He didn't seem to care about the rank of the Miami pass defense.
Not to mention Miami has played Indianapolis, NO and SD not exactly Tennessee or Tampa Bay when it colmes to passing offenses.
I've said all week the key to the game for Miami is to run the football and pressure Brady and have admitted if they cannot accomplish those to feats they will likely lose. I'm not in here with the DOLPHINS RULE or MIAMI WILL BLOW NE OUT mentality I'm realistic. I expect the same in return but that seems like it may be asking too much.
The Patriots are good, in fact they're very good. They've been by far the most impressive NFL franchise in my life time. Me, I was mosty impressed with the 2001 season as winning all of your games but the most important one does nothing for me. However, if they were half as good as some of you guys think they are they'd win every game 65-0. It's like I'm on here with hundreds of Fred Smerlas's or something.
