LOL....... Thte jets didn't make the playoffs....... I am happy
I wish I had your ability to remain calm under New Jersey-induced umbrage. How do you do it?
Vodka,percoset, sleeping pills....
I'm a Bills fan and I agree with you.
The headline of the thread sounded like he'd said something that would irritate me, but what Ferguson actually said was just fine.
I was surprised to see on the Bills forums today that the Bills plan to line up Mario at LDE. I know he's played there a lot, but considering how very little we have at RDE, I thought that's where he'd be.
Now, if Merriman is healthy, we look incredible, but what are the odds against that? And outside of Merriman, we have nobody there. That means we'll either be grabbing another FA for RDE or grabbing a DE high in the draft. Still a lot of questions to be answered.
As a Bills fan, I do too.
This year, anyway. We may actually be in the middle of a rebuild that works, a statistical unlikelihood in Buffalo, as we haven't managed that since we drafted Bruce Smith.
Considering how Bills fans and the Buffalo media reacted to an innocuous remark by Robert Kraft, it seems to be rather disingenuous and hypocritical for any of them to be calling out others as being thin-skinned.
Bob Kraft Comments - Buffalo Bills Forums
Kraft questions wisdom of Mario deal - BillBoard - The Buffalo News
Bills utilized cap flexibility in signing Williams - Bills & NFL - The Buffalo News
Nobody in New England or even nationwide considered Kraft's comments to be inflammatory - crap, nobody even noticed, it was so benign - yet people in Buffalo seem to be all up at arms about it. All Kraft was doing was being polite to the owner of the Texans and offering him some encouraging words.
sounds like the Bills won't be able to shut up about anything, either.
seeing how the texans defense didn't skip a beat when he went down, I'd say the Bills may have spent a bit too much and have their hopes pinned on someone who is not a savior
just what we need, another ny team yapping. what is it with nyers ?
You just gave me a nickname idea for the Jets... the NY Jets = the "Not Yet" Jets.
Looks like a Jets-Eagles Super Bowl. I guess we can all get jobs now.
The Jets remind me of a soap opera machine. You know the machine that spits them out automatically every day or every week?
And who did they hire but TEBOW. Man, it just makes me wonder what's in the drinking water down there. Probably something like acid rain?
You guys should have a good year, injuries excluded of course. For the first time in many years I think you have a decent bunch of talent on both sides of the ball, and I think Chan is a decent coach. The direction seems right. I think you should be very competitive and grab a Wild Card spot.
the bills are still missing the most important ingredient to a winning super bowl contending team. a elite franchise QB. they aren't going anywhere without one.
They DO, however, have a coach who has created an offense built perfectly around the strengths and weaknesses of his team. I'm not saying the Bills are a Super Bowl team, but I do think they are easily a playoff team.
i dont see them making the playoffs. they are 9 and 7 at best. dont believe the hype.
Welcome to the Rex Ryan Farewell Tour 2012!
Great to cyber-see you once again LMBF. It's also great to see that you're still slapping around The Mouth That Roared.
When the Jets hired Sparano I felt that he was hired to be their next HC. We'll have to see on that.
Happy Football Season JR!
Really good to read you here, my friend.
You KNOW that I will never let Rex's tail go...and I'm looking forward to watching his team re-define exactly what you and I already know about that Blowhard!
Thanks for the kind words and for steering me in the direction of this site. I've enjoyed it here.
Just BEHAVE yourself!
