Sportshub was just speculating that he probably won't be ready for wildcard round.

They cited that Vrabel was non-committal in stating if he would play again this year.

I guess he said maybe or hopefully.

With the implication being that if he couldn't definitively state he will be back then it probably means if he can return that wild card round still might be early.

One thing we know McDaniels scheme won't leave Lowe on a Island. Henry - Hooper and our RB's are going to have to help a lot. Even though Rham is shaky in short yardage situations: he's not in the Blocking department.

Rham is excellent blocker.. and rham was a good short yards back.. I just think for some reason this season they just aren't great in those situations.. yeah McDaniels and Marrone will definitely scheme something up for Lowe..

It’s one of the reasons the Vikes moved off Bradbury. He is an okay center, but he’s not going to be a great mauling run-blocking one. And that makes it hard to run up the gut in these short yardage runs. I think Wilson will be better once we’re ready to move him over.
