Who's your Mount Rushmore of Boston Sports?

limiting to my lifetime

Brady, Ortiz, Bird, Peter McNeely

Brady might even be on Tampa’s right now lol. With Steven Stamkos and Evan Longoria

Buffalo: Gil Perrault for the Sabres and I would have Bruce Smith over Kelly

Brady has to be above Bird with his championship record. And Ted Williams is more than a tunnel. Last guy to hit over .400. How many decades has it been? Five guys need to be on it. A sixth possibly with Hog Hannah.

1. Bobby Orr
2. Bill Russell
3. Tom Brady
4. Larry Bird
5. Ted Williams
6. John Hannah
I am not saying my choices were the best in Boston
I am saying they were the best that I watched and adored in their hey day
Seen Russell at the end of his career. Never seen Teddy Ballgame. Would have loved that. My Dad idolized him
Orr was my everything as a kid
Bird my party years
I had Season Tickets all through the Brady years. But I had a different view of athletes during those years. Loved every minute of it, Brady is the GOAT and He gave us all an experience of a lifetime.
Just did not idolize anyone since Bird
i just took the question as MY favorite players through the years.
If it stated the BEST players of Boston Sports
1. Russell
2. Orr
3. Teddy Ballgame
4. Brady
5. Bird

I was there. The ovation for Bobby was awesome. Loved hearing him introduced as the greatest player in the history of the National Hockey League

Pedro tossed a baseball as well as anyone who ever hit one. They're both low tier gods imo. I mean Pedro is a legit all time top 7-10 pitcher imo when you factor in peak and who he faced. Let's not forget MLB had a smell test for drug testing and guys were spiking Rhinoceros test. He's a top 15-25 all-time player imo.

In no particular order:

Brady
Orr
Russell
Williams

I think cases could be made for Ortiz or Pedro as Red Sox representatives.
